Great customer service is hard to find .. then comes Feng . Staples should have a super hero cape and he should wear one and train those employees. After receiving the wrong information from. 3 customer service reps he saw we were having an issue and informed us that the reason we couldn't print the document is because it was a protected file and showed us how to print the document without spending any more money. I wish, I could leave 0 stars. I had the worst experience with this store. Customer service is awful. I had photos printed at this location, I printed four copies of each photo and two of every set of four were cut off. Some photos the ink had run or was blotchy. Rather than offering a refund, the junior manager Sachin, thought it would be better to mansplain to me in a condescending tone that the problem was my image file, but he failed to explain why one or two copies of the same photo were fine and others were cut off. I wasted 30 minutes of my time with this issue instead of him just apologizing for the bad print job and offering a refund.

Please avoid this store if you prioritize online orders. Customer service is really bad. I was at the curbside for pickup, and I placed a call to them. The machine held me for almost 30 minutes, telling me there were a lot of customers in line, whereas I was the only one at the pickup spot with no other car. Then I proceeded to check them out in store, and to my surprise, the phone was there ringing with two cashires at the table. one with a customer, the other doing nothing and ready to attend to me like a walk-in customer. Then I told her to pick up the phone I have been calling. If you don't do curbside pickup anymore, then let your customers know and don't waste their time. Time: March 3, 2023, 4:45 p.m.

I had an issue with an Online Order and decided to try my luck with the store as Online Returns are a nightmare. Had the pleasure of dealing with Patrizia. She was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Was able to resolve the issue quickly. She explained my options and made the transaction easy and dare I say enjoyable.

AVOID THIS STORE. Employees are rude, miserable, unapproachable, have no idea what they're doing, and laugh in your face. I've dealt with this store for a while and have taken my business elsewhere. They've messed up $700 print jobs and left me stranded for a trade show, I've called for product availability, told it's in stock, only to drive in and find out it's not, the list goes on. More than anything, I'm baffled at the lack of professionalism from the GM, down to part timers. Print area is the worst, by far! If you hate your life or your job that much, it's time to move on. What a shame, as the store itself is neat, but literally every human in that building is useless and clearly miserable. If you read all the 1 star reviews, it's all about the employees, not the store itself. DO BETTER.

Went into print some documents, stood around the printer waiting for the email. Never came, asked someone else that was in the printer section if they were waiting on the email. Went up to ask for help and the guy asked me to wait. Stood around for another 10 min waiting for either the email or help. Had stuff to do and no one was offering help so I left. My rating might change when I return to print and get stuff laminated

I went the other night to get a new scientific calculator. There weren't any staff members walking around so i walked around aimlessly for a little bit looking for it. The cashier was very nice though and there wasn't a line to check out. The store seems to be on its last legs as most people just order online

I come here once every little while and I'm never disappointed. They have a great selection of items, but I mainly come for office suppliesI have used their printing service, and surprisingly, they did what other printing places couldn't. Which was laminate a large poster with magnetics inside.Overall, this location has a bunch of services and items and is nearby some good food places. I would recommend it.

DONT COME HERE! I ordered Business' cards a Month ago and I still haven't received any updates or emails on if its ready. Online it says 5 - 7 business' days, then I called and the lady and she told me 7 - 10 business' day and it has now been well over that time limit. It still says In - production". If you need to print a document or business' cards

I had excellent shopping experience at the colossus location . The general manager Feng deserves a 5 star! He is very professional and friendly . He resolves issue at his top priority whenever he got called.The cashier is also value customers. When there is a huge line up today with some returns . She managed to taking customers with 2 different registers to speed up the check out process .This location also has accurate stock information that matches online stock information. I can easily find the items I'm looking for.The store is very clean and tidy. Everything is well organized . There is always staff around the store and happy to assist youI highly recommend this staples !
