Storm needed to see a doctor about some minor issues and to have his vaccinations updated. We booked a traditional vet appointment while we investigate the holistic options.Jennifer was WONDERFUL with Storm he even let her take blood so we could check his vaccinations and nutrient levels.We have found our regular doctor for Storm.

My vet is very knowledgeable and and great with my pets. And th cost is reasonable would highly recommend this vet

Incredible care, every time. The entire staff has always gone above and beyond for us, and have been instrumental in keeping our dog healthy. We've seen so many vets for him, and the Edmonton Holistic Vet Clinic were the only ones able to help him. We will be forever grateful.

they don't rush you through the appointment. The doctors always take the time to let my doggo feel comfortable with them, and give very logical, well-considered advice.

I went to this veterinary clinic because the name suggests that they have a “holistic” approach to treatment for pets. I’m a firm believer in the natural methods and not conventional medicine for treatment. However for diagnosing I prefer the conventional science.I took my dog there in order to receive this type of approach to my concerns.However, this was not what I received.The pros here are that the staff are friendly and nice to my dog…but that’s where the pros end.I’m writing this about 3 weeks after my final discussions with the clinic in order to not be so hot-headed about how I review them. My honest opinion and opinion based on experience, is that they’re choosing a name for the clinic that sounds nice but has very little to do with the practice.I couldn’t be bothered to go back after I took my dog in with a concern I had. The “doctor” talked to me for over an hour and didn’t even look at my dog for fear of being bitten even after we muzzled him, my dog left there with a belly full of treats but not sure what else for the price of 115.00Initially I was, I suppose comforted, however after my mind cleared I realized nothing was done and my dog continued to show symptoms of something being wrong.I advised the manager that I needed an actual exam performed and not a counseling session, I went back and the doctor that initially seen my dog attended me. I was surprised that she knew very little about a holistic approach and in the end I was sent home with no real direction and no diagnosis for what could be going on. I called in because my dog continued to show signs of some sort of gastric upset and it looked really uncomfortable. It was then that I was told that if I wanted a holistic approach I would have to pay 200.00 For the appointment and then whatever they recommended.I was like, why would I go through the whole ordeal again after weeks of going to them and nothing was diagnosed yet? I was told that they’d have to begin from the beginning if I wanted a holistic approach to my dogs health. I informed them that all I wanted was blood work and possibly a poop sample check to rule out possible Ailments but they stopped me in my tracks.What the hell was I suppose to do, dish out more money to have them start over? These people must think I’m sitting on a pile of money, all I wanted was a diagnosis and a holistic treatment plan and apparently I could only choose to go one direction or the the other…. What a waste of time and money! I don’t recommend. Also the vets were below par on knowledge!

I found a vet that I trust in Dr. Marshall. Her approach to veterinary medicine aligns with my beliefs and my dogs enjoy every visit.

Dr Marshall was FANTASTIC! She assessed my dog, did acupuncture, gave me herbs and answered any of my questions! I highly recommend her and the book Four Paws Five Directions by Dr Cheryl Schwartz .

Amazing place. They treated my kitty with so much love and care. Even just the way they physically handled her was different than other vets. They really wanted her to feel safe. Dr Jodie’s knowledge is impressive and she really communicates every part of what she’s thinking and every possibility on the table. Highly recommend this place!

This veterinary clinic is AWESOME. Every time we have any concerns they explain to us what is the issue, how we can improve the life of our pets and they provide us with great remedies. We live out of town and whenever we have a situation, I email them and they quickly respond. Charlene and Gina always educate us on the holistic side of things and because of them our bulldogs are healthy and in great shape… I would recommend Edmonton Holistic Vet to anybody that has a pet as they treat the animals like their own. We drive a few hours to bring our dogs here as it is worth the drive and time… thank you for everything you do for our fur babies.
