Snore MD Sleep Apnea Clinic Walnut Grove

Back to back sleep kits that dont work. Last one the oxygen reader doesnt work. This time two lights will not stop flashing red. Do you test these kits before you send them out or do you hope and pray they work. Lost all faith in this location and will be asking my dr to go else where. Fyi next time when someone says the kit doesnt work please ensure the 2nd one does before they waste my time and gas based on your mistake. Tried everything, watched the video 7 times, got my wife to try it and couldnt get the red lights to go away. Spent over 4 hours over 3 nights to get this to try and work when i have been able to do way more complex at home medical testing so i know i am not the issue. the worst sorry i have ever gotten from a business. come pick up your device i refuse to come back to any of your locations ever again. can you verify that the other comments are real and not friends. they all seem too scripted and well composed to all be random people (similar writing styles in all the comments)

My husband and I needed new CPAP machines. I looked on line and wasn't sure what we needed so called Snore Md at Walnut Grove and we are extremely pleased. Holly was extremely helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions. We were put on an urgent list as our old machines were not working properly and had out lived their usefulness. Holly explained that it could take a few weeks due to supply issues. We were contacted by Sam within 2 days as she had received the 2 machines and wanted us to come in as soon as possible. We went in today and the set up was easy, efficient and Sam was extremely thorough. Anyone who is apprehensive about using a machine should absolutely get one as your life will be greatly impacted. Sam and Holly are great professionals and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks girls.

Met with the team today to get my new CPAP machine and couldn't be happier with the experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend as they put the customers needs first.

I have to thank the whole Snore MD team at the Wanut Grove clinic for their kindness and patience as I began my journey into Cpap. I especially appreciate Amin,. He's been so informative and caring. He supplied me with a machine and mask that are just perfect for me. I am enjoying so much more energy through the day and wake up every morning without a headache. I highly recommend this group of friendly, kind, informaive group to anyone consedering CPAP.

Sam was great for info and offered to hold the only CPAP machine they had in stock for me while I got a prescription from my doctor. CPAP's are in very short supply these days. She and Holly were very efficient when I picked it up and their online monitoring has been very helpful.

This place has very friendly service and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. If you're suffering from sleep apnea this is the place for you, they have a wide range of equipment to treat the condition, along with active monitoring so that they make the necessary calibrations and even keep you up to date on your progress.

I had a great experience with SnoreMD. They were excellent communicators and it was easy to get in for appointments. I really liked how they helped with the paperwork and with my insurance company, too. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Aman was amazing! He explained my sleep test results very well, and he was very supportive during the whole process of starting up with my new ResMD sleep apnea machine. Aman was very calm and patient. He went the extra mile to be sure to answer all of my questions in great detail, and to be sure I understood everything. He carefully showed me how to work the mask and machine, and he took extra time to be sure I was feeling comfortable with the mask and machine. I liked that Aman did a phone call check up to be sure I was doing okay after my first few days of using my machine, too. I was very impressed with the follow up and the service I received from Aman and the SnoreMD team!

We've been going to Snore MD for the last year (or so) and all I can say is they really care about their clients getting the most out of their therapy.My wife just recently was diagnosed with severe apnea (like mine) and so far, the results of her therapy have been stellar (from 62/hr down to <1). She's still got a number of challenges to overcome, but (after our last session with Amen) her comfort levels with her CPAP machine have gotten a lot better.Amen really takes the time with his clients and has the patience to make sure that your treatment is customized to each individual.Can 100% recommend visiting this location! If you've got Apnea and are looking for support, this is the best location in Langley that we've been to.
