Dr. To is the best doctor I have ever had. He is personable and compassionate and was able to help me when my GP showed little to no care towards me. His staff is also friendly and caring and are easy to talk to.

Dr. Derek To is a wonderful doctor. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and compassionate. He even thanked me for coming. To be honest, am yet to meet a doctor with all these qualities. His assistant at the front office is also very friendly and kind. I forgot to ask for her name but she made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Such wonderful people. Thank you again.

Dr To is an amazing doctor. He’s extremely educated in this sector and he clearly explains any condition you may have and helps you with it immediately while making you feel comfortable about what is happening. I’m extremely glad I’ve met doctor To and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. To is always punctual (RIGHT on time), always friendly, and was willing to look at another skin issue I had. The last dermatologist I saw refused to deal with more than one issue at a time, insisting I go back to my doctor to get another referral so she could look at another issue (no wonder our health system is so ineffective!). Bonus: his admin, Vicky, is friendly, warm and helpful. She always has a smile on her face and says she loves her job, and Dr. To openly shows his respect and appreciation for her… Best dermatologist and staff I’ve ever seen!

Dr. To is a wonderful doctor. He is kind and understanding and treats all your concerns. I had difficult keloids which are finally healing because of Dr. To's careful treatment. I purposely travel from the North Shore to his new clinic in Coquitlam just to see him! Also, the office location is very convenient and steps from the Skytrain.

Dr. To is just so pleasant. I first saw him 2 yrs ago at his previous clinic - and then requested my doctor refer me to his new one in Coquitlam. I've seen other dermatologists that wanted to charge exorbitant fees and left me feeling self-conscious, to the point where I waited years to do anything about the 2 large moles on my face. Dr. To was able to quickly and affordably remove them, and explained everything and my options very simply. No upselling of services or products, or need to make multiple appointments, and he's friendly and kind. One mole healed beautifully, the other has grown back with some discoloration (as he told me it might do). He was once again able to quickly take care of the problem. His office is simple and clean - so you're not paying for big screen tvs, lounge club lighting, or faux fireplaces like in some skincare clinics. Well worth the extra driving time to see him.

I had a wonderful experience there. Receptionist was super friendly. Dr. To was very knowledgeable and explained all the options to me (even ones that didn't apply to me incase I would ask in the future). What he prescribed has been working for me and I highly recommend him for your skin needs.

Absolutely incredible physician. He is patient, kind and really takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Incredibly patient and has an ability to put your mind at ease. The office is great and the receptionist is very polite and nice. Would absolutely recommend!

Dr.To not only is knowledgeable and skillful in his expertise but also understands and approaches my concerns of the treatment options with great attention. It was really assuring to have him take care of my case. The staff was also helpful, friendly and efficient. Everything was done with proper protocol. I'm glad he has his own office now. Highly recommended!
