really good service...

Barely spoke English and I'm pretty sure my taxes were done wrong

Literally the worst experience ever at the woodgrove location. I've been going to the downtown location forever with zero problems... Shoulda stuck with them!! The staff at the woodgrove location are rude and clueless. Mabel also hung up on my fiancee after he requested our tax return to be done at another location. Worst customer service

Sent my tax forms off months ago. Still haven’t received ANYTHING. Awful experience. Please go elsewhere.

I made an appointment online to go in. When I arrived I was told they aren’t taking appointments. Update the website so people don’t waste their time.

Extremely poor service from the Asian lady with the very long hair. She explained nothing to me while she prepared my taxes just went on about how she could not wait for her long week end!!!, then charged me $157.00 for a basic tax preparation!!!. I had go back the next day to receive my $90.00 refund ( a cash grab in the first place, no doubt ) with no explanation or apology as to why I was over charged, just here's your money, next. Also the male receptionist was well lets say not very nice or approachable. I have been a regular customer at HR Block for many years and have always had excellent service with them. But I have to say this location needs some serious attention. I won't go back and would not recommend them.
