I bought a Plantronics Bluetooth head set from Sensus several weeks ago. This was a replacement for the same item I had bought some 5 years ago, and which had stopped working. I like this model, because it is comfortable to wear and it can be answered by voice command, so if you are outside in the winter, with a hat pulled over your ears, you can answer the phone without needing to remove your hat.In short, Christine, the inside sales person was very helpful in sending information on equivalent quality equipment, and arranging speedy courier delivery. I would recommend Sensus Communication Solutions for headsets and similar equipment.
