Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Normally have a very positive experience here. The last one wasn't great. I waited for the rental car for 20-30 minutes, then you can no longer leave your personal car in their lot like you used to, then they were trying to confirm closure of the process but when I called back I was on hold forever and couldn't get a live person.

My fiance had to rent a vehicle from this place because his truck was totalled. The agent on duty, Justine, mislead him into agreeing to pay for additional insurance for the rental by saying it was a hold for the rental instead. You would think knowing that someone's vehicle that was completely destroyed that they wouldn't have $300 to frivolously spend. Nope. This woman took advantage of him and lied to him to put money in her pocket for upselling him. She said the insurance company pays for it- no insurance company pays for additional insurance the rental place sells. And when she was confronted about this over phone she continued to lie about it and not give him his money back. Please be very careful what you are signing and agreeing to when you go here!!! These people have no problem taking money out of people pockets for themselves.

Justine provided customer service that well exceeded my expectations! She was warm and welcoming while providing all the information I needed after having my car totaled in an accident.

Location was very convenient, check in was seamless, pleasant staff. I generally have an exceptional experience with Enterprise. Keep up the good work

Didnt like that last minute after car isnwashed, brought out front, and papers signed they bring up thatbtheres a refundable $300 deposit the is immediately taken from account...but takes 3-4 days to refund....lame. cars were in great condition and CLEAN

1 star because no stars is not an option. I have attempted to rent a car from this branch twice in the last in the last two years. Both times Enterprise has booked the reservation, and both times the branch had no vehicles. Luckily the second time I called prior to the time I was supposed to pick up my rental (fool me once), because I was supposed to drop off my personal vehicle at the body shop for repairs. I'm not sure what the business plan is here, but I would caution anyone hoping to rent a car to make a backup plan if you intend to use this branch. 1 star is a little high for Enterprise in Apple Valley.

Would give a zero if I could. Absolutely unprofessional. Made an early reservation for a Midsized SUV, but got a call from Dominique asking me to delay my pickup because they were having issues. My reservation was then delayed by 2 hours and a half. When I arrived at their requested time, they bring me a van without any clarification as to why, till I asked about the SUV, in which l get “oh sorry we don’t have any.” No apology, no care, but desperately seeking reviews. A complete and utter waste of my time.

Friendly, professional staff in Apple Valley. I keep coming back to Enterprise for all my rental needs. I had a same day rental request as my vehicle was in for repairs and they met my needs. The extra advantage with the fuel service option made the vehicle return even easier. Thank you!

Really bad and sketchy customer service. The assistant to the manager was really in your face and was not even listening. They were not clear on communication and then just added a bunch of extra charges. Even tried calling their corporate customer service they took my info and complaint and said they'd get back to me and never did, both phone and email. I didn't have as many problems at other locations as this one. They always run out of cars or they're not cleaned yet" so you'd always end up with a car you didn't sign up for or pay extra. Would not rent at this location again."
