Shoppers Drug Mart

Have to agree with Robin's review, I've been going to this Shopper's for 4 years. If you dress any bit alternatively, they seem to follow you through the store. Very welcoming to be treated as a shoplifter in my middle years, and apparently if I wasn't going to be shoplifting I had nothing to be concerned about. Despite them being very transparent and insulting. They created an unwelcoming scenario, and I left without being patron. [Use your security cameras if you suspect someone, don't have 3 (THREE!) staff stumbling over each other following me through the store.]

Not consistent with other Shoppers hours.During this time of Self Isolation" Shoppers locations supposed to open an hour early for "seniors/at risk people" or that is the public/advertised message....Not the case for this location. If you take advantage of these hours for other services still have to wait for prescription pick up."

I have always loved this location and the smaller store itself. The pharmacist and all other staff have always been very friendly and helpful with me, and a convenient bonus if your doctor's office is upstairs. I REFUSE to use the other Mountain Rd location because the pharmacist Tim is absolutely ignorant on another level.

I am so freaking upset with this Shopper's Drug Mart pharmacy!!! The other day I called to speak to the pharmacy and was put on hold, waited, waited, waited and then was hung up on......FOUR TIMES!!! I gave up. Finally got through 2 days later.Tonight my husband went to pick up my prescription renewals and the ones that I'm completely out of, they forgot to give him!!!! Isn't that why they have a computer monitor at the front desk so that they can make sure this doesn't happen? So I called to get them to send it out to me and they say sorry can't do that until tomorrow...... Seriously? I've been loyal to this pharmacy for over 30 years but I don't have any reason to remain now that they've taken our loyalty points on prescriptions away. So long!!!

Shoppers Drug Mart is a great place to go when you want to walk in and pick up something quick. Usually, there are no lineups. Employees are helpful and friendly.

I used to rave about the service at this location. I have used this Shopper's for years, but the owner changed not too long ago and the staff is so rude. They don't even try to hide it. We are expecting a storm, here and I phoned to see if they were delivering. The woman who answered was beyond rude. She didn't even hear what I was saying, because she was busy trying to get me off the phone. This would never, ever have happened with other owners and staff. I called back and told her she had no right to speak to me like that and she didn't even flinch. I told her I was going to talk to the owner and she said, fine. I have an old injury for which I take a lot of medication, and over the years Shopper's has taken in thousands of dollars. I don't want to change stores, but I might if this continues.

I like it over other pharmacies

I have copd and asthma the cashier told me that I could just leave it there because I am not able to always keep a mask always over my nose and that her son in law in law works respiratory and called me a liar that it affects my breathing i have enough of a hard time breathing on a normal day never mind having to put a mask on that i ont need a dr note that says i

The health service section is very nice !! The woman who takes care of this section is very much helpful. Although some items seem missing that I get at some other superstores. They can definitely work on increasing their collection at this branch. Codiac bus passes are available here like other shoppers mart. The parking area is big that is also a positive point to mention.

This by far is the worst location in the city. The employees are rude, not willing to help, and treat their customer's like garbage. I've been giving them good reviews online for years hoping that would enhance my experience ( they read every online survey and tell their staff, which should be anonymous) to no avail.Do not do business with these people, they simply don't care.
