Parking attendant is literally the nicest guy on the planet, he was super super helpful! Also bonus points for being directly connected to the library.

Edmonton Public Library Parkade
My favourite parking lot in downtown Edmonton. It's underground hence weather proof. And you have access to various downtown locations through underground pedways. If I have to pay for parking I prefer this place. Lots of spots so chances of filling up is very rare.

This parkade is perfect if you are headed to the Westin or Citadel. There are 3 levels of parking. There are lots of pillars so make sure that you watch your car. Take sure that once you find a parking stall you pay at the machine. This parkade is pay upon arrival.

My spouse lost her wallet in the children's section when she visited with the grand children. Two days went by before it occurred to us that it could have been dropped there at the library. Our phone call was received with concern and positive results - the wallet was there. Thank you, thank you!

Attended an ESO concert in Winspear Centre 25 March 2023. It took 60 minutes to exit the Library Parkade after the concert, as CoE has two of the three exits blocked off. Hundreds of cars all idling for up to 75 minutes: this environmental disaster brought to you by City of Edmonton administration.

Good place to see something new, like image on screen upside-down with out of order on all epark machines, next day was still down, but they still gave out tickets. So nice.

Twice now we've been stuck in the parkade for over a half hour due to traffic light issues" which of course no one is informed about going into the parkade. I will assume this is the new norm thanks to the disaster of the lrt system. What an absolute joke"

Make sure you bring change if you don't have a credit card. It doesn't take debit or paper money. Location's good though.
