The apartment I moved to was rife with minor issues, many of which were the product of a previous tenant. Over a few months, ROI PM has been gracious in doing their best bringing things up to standard prior to and during my tenancy. I am appreciative that my concerns were promptly responded to and resolved in a timely manner.

ROI Property Management is responsible for managing the house I rent. Our landlord had some other companies manage his property but by far ROI Property Management is the best. They are very friendly, professional and get the job done fast. When I have any problem whatsoever, Todd always answers back right away and solve the problem fast. Thank you very much guys!
