I think they are great at what they do and treat people kind! I just find that since Covid the communication isn’t the best, my daughter almost 15 goes in to have her adjustments but I never hear about what’s going on.

Everyone is very friendly and have been great with my son. They have answered all the questions we've had about this process. The time between the assessment and when his braces got put on was very quick and this, so far, has been a very positive experience.

Had waited months for an appointment, took the day off work, bussed an hour and walking out in the cold for them do tell me I’ll have to reschedule because “they think I have symptoms of Covid”. When I told them I have no symptoms and am just a bit stuffy from coming inside from the cold winter air, they had said there’s nothing they can do. I’m not sure what they expect someone in this situation to do. Overall very upsetting experience

My son finds Dr. Bernard and staff to be both very friendly and makes him comfortable during his visits. With Covid it has been a bit different for him since I have had to stay out of the office as well but they are great with him.

Two of my children underwent treatment by Dr. Bernard a few years ago and we were very happy with the results. Currently, my third child is going through the same experience. We found that we could work things out smoothly with the team, and that the children's treatments were diligently followed.

Staff very friendly and helpful. One suggestion when talking to clients about sensitive issues it should be more private with patient amd orthodontist.

Been treated here for about a year with Invisalign. The staff is friendly and professional. The downside is they are NEVER on time. I usually wait at least 20 min after my appointment time to be seen.
