Since the pandemic, many family clinics have been shut down. The clinic has always been around to help my family with the best service, even when busy with many other patients. I am thankful of the front desk for great service and always staying on the line.

I've been going to this medical clinic for the past 15 years. The first 5 or 6 years were quite average but the experience became progressively worse. Smart Health Medical Clinic shredded the hardcopies and deleted the digital copies of my personal health documents transferred over by Sickkids hospital documenting a lifelong health condition I've had from birth which required a surgery at the time. Now I do not have any of these documents to forward to my new family doctor. Smart Health Medical did not ever offer these documents back to me or even notify me that they would be destroying these documents. For the past 7 years or so, this clinic has reduced their working hours to 2 or 3 days per week at random hours of the day, subject to change whenever they please. They change their hours and days of operation so frequently that they can't even update their voicemail to reflect these operating times soon enough. The past few interactions with this clinic really pushed it to the point where I had to get a new family doctor. I called countless times for 3 weeks to schedule an appointment for a prescription refill to treat my birth/lifelong condition, and nearly all of the calls just hung up on me until the final week where I finally heard a voicemail indicating their new location and hours of operation. With no success getting through to their landline, I visited in person to find that their operating hours were falsely advertised as their building was closed with a different phone number at the front. 18 hours before my PHONE appointment, Smart Health calls me and tells me that they have to cancel my appointment that I fought a month to book. I told them I need my medication urgently and they told me to get it from the pharmacy, I ask how that would be possible without a prescription and she said I didn't need one. I asked if she could let the pharmacy know on my behalf especially because they shared the same unit with the pharmacy at their old location, and she laughed and said haha

Hate this clinic, the service is awful and rude. Never gives alternative options when it is busy when needed prescrptions. After this going to change family doctors.
