Cute place to chill out with your kid. Brought my 3 yo to play some arcade games. Great value for game cards, we played tons of games and still had credit to spare. Tickets are easily achieved through fun games, prizes are fairly priced. Place is tidy (from what I can see in the dark).Didn't try mini golf or laser tag yet, maybe next time.4 stars because staff are not customer service oriented. It's a bunch of teens who seem to care less but whatever they just want their pay check.I will be back because of the great value and golf looks fun.

Have thrown 10 birthday party’s here over the past few years for my kids (first one is when my oldest daughter turned 10, she is now 14) It’s always a blast and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. This time we had Seth and he was fantastic. Great job Glow Zone 360, we will be having many more party’s here

My kids really love this place. The birthday parties here are amazing as kids have a lot of fun. The place offers laser tag, mini golf and a bunch of arcade games. The pricing for birthdays is very reasonable. All the kids will be given $5 worth credits to be and to play in the arcade once the games are done. But you got to be here on time as you get to play 2 games during the 2 hour slot. Even for casual visiting, I suggest this place as the prices are reasonable.

Came on the family day weekend and was greeted by Colin. He was amazing. The best customer service we have recieved in a very long time. From helping us in the beginning with the packages and helping me when my gun for laser tag didn't work. Gave us a free game instantly! Thank you Colin!

I had a date here earlier this morning and we showed up shortly after they opened to play some mini golf. Ryan was the manager on shift at the time and he was very friendly, welcoming and cracking jokes before our round of mini golf. The course was a perfect balance between challenging and fun. We both had a blast. Then after mini golf we decided to load up some cards and play in the arcade. All of the machines were clean and almost brand new looking. Everything was fun, well maintained and very enjoyable. This place brought out the little kid in me and i had a really awesome time. Cheers Ryan, you and your staff were all, helpful, courteous and friendly. I will have to return with a group of friends to tackle some laser tag at some point in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We had our sons 6th birthday party at glow zone 360 in Brampton this past Sunday, we had a most amazing time! We had a group of 20 kids, our party host Emily was fantastic! She was helpful from the moment we arrived, (she even helped me put up decorations!)she never looked stressed and handled our brood of mostly boys like a pro! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will most definitely use them again! Thank you glow zone for making our son’s birthday one he will not soon forget!

Family and kids friendly environment. Lovely atmosphere to have clean fun. Numerous gaming machines for kids. Fantastic indoor golfing. Perfect place for kids birthday parties. You can enjoy laser tagging. The washrooms are clean and has good running water. Yes alot of public places you don’t fine the water to wash hands flow good enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Free parking spaces and close the bus stop as well. They have free Wi-Fi too. Overall my visit was excellent.

Great fun place for kids. They have Indoor golf, gaming arcade and laser tag. I feel the price is fair considering it's a glow zone. Would definitely visit again.

My sons birthday party was a huge success. Our host Antonio was very clear in explaining the agenda for our party. Antonio was helpful preparing the kids for laser tag and ensuring everyone knew how to operate their lasers and that their vests were fitted properly. He made my sons birthday special by having the guests all say “Happy Birthday” to him. Everything was timed perfectly and all the guests had a lot of fun. The only disappointment was a few kids were left with 3 credits on their arcade cards and the only 1 credit game was broken. All the other games were 4 or more credits. Antonio and another staff helped the kids select their prizes from their tokens and they were super patient and kid to the children. Antonio was quick to help my husband cleanup and was the best host we’ve had yet! I’d recommend Glow Zone for kids bday parties and we will continue to have our parties here.

Stimulation overload! Great place for kids 6 and up. It was disappointing to see a lot of the arcade games out of service. The employees did make up for it for delivering a great experience.
