Terrible courier

Where to begin?! Literally the worst courier service you can imagine - my package was at the Calgary facility for 4 days in the “sorting process”, sadly I missed the courier on the day it finally came for delivery (no second attempts apparently), so I tracked the package as instructed to find out where to pick it up. The website listed the name of a shop only (no address), when I googled the shop it is located in Edmonton (I’m in Calgary) so I had to call the customer service line the next day to find out where my package is. They were able to follow up a few hours later with the actual location. Not anywhere near to my delivery address though! (If I didn’t have a car it would have been at least an hour round trip to collect - not acceptable). The pick up location chosen also has VERY limited operating hours - closed weekends, closed at 6:30pm on weekdays and ALSO closed during lunch on weekdays, it is located in a center with paid parking only as well… how is this considered a good location to leave a package for pick up??? Absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to call the courier to figure out where he’s decided to drop my package and it shouldn’t be such a mission to retrieve it in the end.

Absolute worst courier alive. Don't use them. You will lose customers.
