Truly, I have so many positive things to say about my experience at Hearth + Home. My wife and I were looking for an electric fireplace for our basement development. While we had hoped to go the gas route, electric ended up being the more financially viable option. Having visited a number of other showrooms around town a chance visit to Hearth + Home set us on the right path. We were lucky enough to have Jason Meyer assist us on the floor. He was attentive and knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. He provided us with a number of different options and allowed us the time to make an informed decision to best suit our needs. On a follow-up visit, Jason assisted us again. It was only at this point that we learned that he was company president. He had considered out needs and suggested an option the Modern Flames Landscape Pro Multi for our basement. This brand and model wasn't even in the showroom yet so he sent us to a supplier to take a look at what we could expect. We could not be happier with the end result. This fireplace is loaded with features, high quality parts and an impressive warranty. Even though Hearth + Home did not have any units in stock Jason assured us that we could purchase one as soon as they were available. He delivered the product as promised at the price we agreed to! Our renovation has taken a little longer to complete but we finally installed it and the finished product is every bit as impressive as Jason promised.We are so thankful for the team at Hearth + Home and their expertise! From the first time speaking with Matt at Hearth & Home about getting a fire table for our deck, to the first time lighting our beautiful Quadra Fire Table it has been amazing!Matt was fantastic to work with! He sent us information on a variety of table options, and he also came over to the house to help us decide on the best size and colour that would work for our space. He went over with us how the gas line would be installed and set up an appointment for the gas fitter to come to our home and explain to us exactly how the install would be done, which was very reassuring so we knew there would be no surprises, especially when you are dealing with gas.Matt kept in touch once we purchased the fire table and updated us on our order and also let us know when there was a short delay in shipping of the table.When delivery day arrived the guys from Hearth & Home were wonderful! They were patient with us as I made them adjust the table a few inches to get it in just the right spot. Just so you know this table took 3 men to move.We have been enjoying the fire table almost every evening! It has been a wonderful addition to our outdoor space and allowed us to extend our evenings outside on the cooler fall days.I highly recommend Hearth & Home Fireplace & Renovations! As someone who believes that customer service is as important as the quality of the product they will not disappoint!

We just installed an Inspire 2000 stove with a stone base in our home in Winter 2023. We are so happy to have chosen Hearth and Home to do the job. Matt Ling was our salesman and he was knowledgeable, responsive and very professional. Mitchell took charge of managing the project installation and Lindsey was our installer. All of them were very professional along the way. We had a small hiccup due to the manufacturer (not H&Hs fault) and H&H took care of the issue until it was resolved snd went above and beyond to offer a temporary solution. Our stove looks and works amazing. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to install a stove or fireplace in their home.

Hearth and Home installed a new wood burning pizza oven in my basement and completed all the other renovations with that project including tiling, new other flooring, cabinet work and paint/trim and I was thrilled with the final result. Mitch was my primary point of contact and I would work with him again in a minute. Thank you!

Seamless process from reviewing options for a replacement (fan operated) fireplace to ordering one and having it installed. Order to install time was quick (<4 weeks) and billing straightforward, in 3 stages. The install tech was meticulous and the new fireplace looks great and works well. He took care to make sure the work area was clear, nearby items like a TV were covered by plastic so they wouldn't get dusty (the old unit needed to be cut apart in a few places to extract), and the area was completely cleaned when he was done. Although I had only a few questions, they were answered quickly and clearly. Excellent !

We have a 3-year maintenance contract with Hearth & Home to annually inspect and clean our gas fireplace. This year, the company sent a technician we’d not seen before. We were very impressed with this young fellow, Judah Schwartz. He gave us a heads-up that he was on his way 30 minutes prior to arrival; he was right on time! He is one of the most respectful, courteous and conscientious young people with which we have dealt in quite a long time. I called Garrett at H&H to let him know what a gem they have in this young fellow. Ergo, this review.

Wow. On site for an estimate under 24 hours, great knowledge, competitive price for this day and age, terrific communication via phone-email-text with permit updates, rubust product installed promptly by a true Veteran and associate. A trouble free and no worries installation with all the bases covered, no surprises!

We went to Hearth + Home to replace the original fireplace purchased there 23 years previously & have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Matt worked with us to choose a model that would fit into the existing space without having to replace the marble front & the installers were efficient & careful. We're very pleased with our new fireplace & highly recommend Hearth + Home.

My fireplace wouldn't turn on so I booked an appointment with Hearth and Home to come and look at it. It was their busiest time of the year, but they were able to get me an appointment within a few days. The service technician was very polite and took a lot of care with our home. He made sure to keep a cloth down where he was working so he wouldn't damage the floors. He also took the time to clean everything as he went. I was very impressed with the service that he provided. I would definitely recommend Hearth and Home to anyone that needs their fireplaces serviced.
