Stoneburg Cove Cottages

We stayed there for weekend as a group. My expectation was not good, but they are better than that! Clean, friendly staffs, also fair prices. Would recommend it, this hidden gems.

Exceeded expectations for the amazing price. Clean, lots of room for storage, owner available to assist at a minutes notice. Parking next to cottage, A/C and ventilation keeps every room fresh.Everything you need to enjoy you stay is already there as well as a few freebies of the good place you probably already plan to visit!Special mention to the bilingual owner who litterally exceeded expectations everytime we saw him. Attentive to every guest's need, even while maintaining conversation with others. Thank you Steven, the hospitality business was made for you. I will never recommand you enough. You made us feel very special!If you like a nice quiet beach, the one that is a 5 min pontoon ride away will blow you mind. If you like the party atmosphere, the beach that is a 45 min drive away will please you.Suggestions to owner : ice trays in the freezer would be a nice addition as well as face cloth.Suggestions to guests: bring your soap/shampoo, bring your own water, the water from the tap is drinkable but has a strong taste that you might not like.We cannot wait to come back.

Booked 2 nights at one of the newly renovated cabins over Thanks-Giving weekend. Great location with its own dock to fish off. A bit out of the way, which made it really quiet and relaxing.The owner was super nice.Cabin had everything, such that we were able to cook a full thanks-giving dinner. Could use a wine opener :)Only downside is the blinds. They are see-through from the outside. So we felt that we had very little privacy. I truely hope they could be switched out for better ones.Otherwise it was an amazing weekend getaway.

I've book this place last minute for going to Sandbanks provincial Park. It's only 45 minutes away. The owners of the place are amazing people. Stephen and Ricky makes sure your stay exceed your needs and expectations. They offered for a small fair a boat ride on a pontoon, to take you to this island and enjoy a day at a secluded beach.You can rent a peddle boat, kayaks and canoes.My family and I were very satisfied with the cottage we rented. It was the #6 a 2 story cottage, fully renovated with everything you need. Very clean and respects all Covid-19 guidelines. I highly recommend you coming here. It's a great value for your money. You won't be disappointed.

Visited with my wife and our 2 great danes May 31 to June 2nd 2023, we had a wonderful experience with 30degree weather. We had fairly low expectations given the price we paid, but we were pleasantly surprised by this resort, the owners spent a lot of money to renovate the property and everything was in perfect shape. Stephan showed us a beautiful beach accessible by boat only for us to enjoy with our dogs off-leash. We can't wait to come back and I would highly recommend this resort.

My family and I loved this place, the newly renovated cottages are absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else ive ever been. The service was top notch, if you needed something you got it. Owners and staff are very friendly and respect your privacy. Great place, great fishing and great times, already booked again for next May

Booked a cabin to do pike and walleye opener derby but due to small cabin issue we were upgraded to 3 bedroom cabin. Thank you. Cabin was clean, cozy and spacious. Looking forward to renting with you guys again in the near future. Clean and quiet place. Owners are friendly and fast to any issues you might have. Thank you once again.

Had a Family Reunion there and it wad fantastic. Everyone had a great time. The cabins were very welcoming. There was a few minor problems but the owners Steffen and Ricky were excellent and took care of things right away. Couldn't ask for nicer people to be looking after your family. Already booked for next year and everyone is already looking forward to having another great Family Reunion with hopefully more family being able to join us. Thanks again to Steffen and Ricky for making us feel so welcome.
