We worked with Jenny and Paulina on a trip to Italy for our family. Couldn't be happier. All of our excursions, accommodations, drivers, tours, and meals were booked in advance of our trip. Our drivers and guides were on-time and extremely knowledgeable. Restaurants were chosen well. We had no issues. Would highly recommend this team for a trip to Italy.

My family of 4 used Corporate Travel to plan an Italian vacation. We were supposed to go in 2020 and the 3 year wait was worth it. Brenna planned the best vacation for our family. We did 3 different cities in Italy. Brenna listened to what we wanted to do and made some great suggestions on tours we wouldn’t have thought to do. I like that fact that I didn’t have to get tickets for museums or excursions etc. This was all handled by her. We hired drivers while in Italy and it was worth it. All the tour guides were so knowledgeable. In Italy most restaurants don’t have their menus online. Rebecca helped us in that area. There was one particular roof top restaurant in Rome that I really wanted to go to and she worked some magic because she got us in. It was our best meal of the trip! I highly recommend Corporate Travel Service when planning a big vacation. I would definitely use them in the future.

To say I'm disappointed with the professionalism of this company is an understatement. Trying to book as an added party to a friend's son's school trip was a nightmare. I was contacted by at least 6 different CTS members - each asking the same questions. At one point my reservation was canceled by someone on their end because they didn't know who I was but kept sending me invoices? I was contacted by 3 different people to confirm which party I was with. Finally I requested to just work with a SINGLE individual to figure things out - was given this person then immediately contacted by someone else. Trying to organize which group I was associated with, where my deposit had landed, and trying to get a correct invoice was extremely difficult and beyond frustrating. It finally came to the point I canceled my reservation with them and am booking on my own. If they are this unorganized without me flying thousands of miles to the destination of the trip THEY are planning, I don't want to know what kind of train wreck I could be dealing with when I get there! They do not issue refunds. The only thing I was glad for was my deposit money being able to be transferred to my friend's reservation. I do not recommend this company!

We just returned from an Alaskan vacation with 16 people, 14 of them not tech savvy. Corporate Travel helped us every step of the way. They cheerfully answered all of our numerous calls and questions. They handled the cruise, hotels, rental cars and airfare. We would not hesitate to recommend and travel with their assistance again!!!’

My family and I booked a trip to Italy through Corporate Travel Service Exceptional Journeys and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Paulina and Jenny did an exceptional job planning our entire trip from the flights, hotels, transportation, excursions to each meal and we were thrilled with the results. I even want to add that we had a rough patch of weather hit us while on the trip and Paulina rearranged our schedule while we were there so that we could still experience as much as we wanted to. We will definitely be using their services for our next family vacation!!
