To say we were pleased with Marsh & Son Jewellery would be an understatement!My husband and I came to this shop after a bad experience in getting a custom ring created in Vancouver. After our first 10 minutes with Rita we absolutely appreciated her expertise, attention to detail and listening ear. She stated off the hop that if we put our trust in them we wouldn't be disappointed and it couldn't have been more true! Once submitting all of our information she told me it would be 2-3 weeks for the CAD creation of the ring and then another 2-3 weeks for the making of the ring itself. Not only did they accomplish all of this in the time they promised; they managed to do it over the Christmas and New Year rush and still have it finished on time!My husband brought the ring home last night and it's the most stunning piece of jewellery I have. I am extremely grateful to Rita and the rest of the staff behind the scenes at Marsh & Sons. We will certainly be doing the rest of our jewellery business with them!

Took an heirloom ring to be resized & polished after reading all the reviews about it (and wanted to support local). Was told it would take 2-3 weeks. Fine. What happened however, was the person who took the ring went on a month long vacation & when I called to inquire at the 3 week mark without so much as a quote or email from them they couldn’t find the ring, nor provide a quote. It was a huge game of cat & mouse - trying to contact them about info, then knowing nothing for another 2 and a half weeks. The woman came back from vacation, took another week and a half to find the ring then finally gave a quote which was double the price of competitors. Not so much as an apology for the wait. I never write reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt compelled to after such a bad experience. Do not recommend.

Marsh and Son Jewellers is all you could hope for from a local jewellery store. I have done business with Lance et al several times now and I have been nothing but impressed by the demenor and professionalism.Lance Marsh is a master at his craft and it shines through at every meeting. His enthusiasm is true and genuine and that is why he is the best at what he does. This gem of a local business is well worth a visit.

I am so thankful to March and Sons jewellery store for the work in creating my beautiful ring. Not only were they professional and helpful but so very kind.They took stones that were family heirlooms and created a ring that I am so pleased with. It’s so nice to be able to trust people with our family jewelry.I was also able to bring gold jewelry that I didn’t wear or use and I have it fairly assessed and the money used towards the cost of this gorgeous ring. Rita you are clever and kind and oh so talented , thank you so much.

If I could rate them 6 out of 5 stars, I would! I can not say enough great things about Marsh and Sons Jeweller- but I’ll try. After having a negative experience (to put it lightly) at another jeweller in town, my fiancé and I felt desperate for help with our custom engagement ring. It was beyond repair and we needed to start over, but we felt wary about trusting another jeweller with the design. Our consultation with Lance was great- we felt that he understood our frustration and was compassionate and confident that he could help. We felt we were in good hands. Then through the design process, Rita was just absolutely amazing. The combination of professionalism, creativity, and patience this woman had was beyond incredible. I was so impressed and entirely grateful. We spent time editing the digital copy until we both felt we got the design right. Now I have the engagement ring of my dreams! Thank you so much Marsh and Sons. They are the best jeweller in town for custom designs, and I can say this with absolute confidence.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lance and his team on a custom piece of jewelry. The piece was an anniversary present. The project involved deconstructing an heirloom ring and reconfiguring the gemstones into a pendant with multiple bezel settings. It was a complex piece and plans had to be modified as we went along. The final product is stunning and my wife was absolutely thrilled when I gave it to her. This is not the first time I have worked with Marsh and Sons. Their customer service and fair pricing is what brings me back. They have practical advice. Provided you have reasonable expectations and plan accordingly, they will deliver on time, and they will let you know what is and is not possible. I have no problem recommending Marsh and Sons for your jewelry needs.

HONESTY and INTEGRITY ! Marsh&Son is a jeweller you can TRUST . I am so grateful to them . Let me explain….. I inherited a lovely tanzanite ring from my mother in law 4 years ago and right away I brought it to Marsh&Son to have a small repair done on the ring. (It was a traumatic and sad time for the family.) Here’s where it gets crazy ……there was so much going on with my family at the time … I completely FORGOT about the ring …. for 4 whole years ! Out of the blue, the other day, I got a friendly call from Marsh&Son wondering why I hadn’t been back for the ring .(I honestly had completely forgotten about it. I was blown away !) We talked a while and I explained the reason for my forgetfulness, they were very kind and understanding. We arranged for a day for me to pick up the ring……coincidentally…..EXACTLY 4 years to THE VERY DAY that my mother in law passed away. Very symbolic, don’t you think ? Some things are just meant to be. Had they not called me , I’m not sure if I would have EVER remembered about the ring. I feel like everything has come full circle and am delighted to get the ring back. Putting the ring on my finger today felt like a warm and comforting hug from my much loved mother in law. I am delighted with the ring, it is beautiful. I am even more delighted that I have found a jeweller that I can trust , with old fashioned values and outstanding customer service. I brought in some other items for appraisal , because I am confident I can trust them . Highly recommend Marsh&Son for all your jewellery needs, both new and old.

Their work is excellent and their customer service goes above and beyond. My partner and I had no experience shopping for jewellery, let alone wedding bands, and Marsh & Son Jewellery made the process a cake walk! They were incredibly patient and pleasant with us, so we will definitely be returning in the future!
