Very pretty and a lot of great shells to find on the beach. Best time to go is during low tide and the views are very nice.

Beautiful sandy beach extends down to Kye Bay to the east. At low tide you could walk out about a mile on a spit. Careful on the incoming tide, it comes in real fast sometimes.

Sand sand sand.Low tides are awesome.Buy an inexpensive yearly pass,though they don't check often ifyou have one.Snack bar serves hot food.Change rooms.

Wow! Such a nice place with a nice view. Lies next to Comox airport. I loved the view from the parking which is on an elevated ground. I'd suggest you'll to visit the place during low tide.

A long beach from Air Force campground over to Kye Bay access.Beautiful sand and expansive during low tide.Some pathways in the woods. Dog friendly.

Incredible location for kayaking and swimming. Low tide offers endless opportunities for sand dollar collecting, starfish-gazing, and crab-chasing. If I am ever back in the area, this is a must-see again. Blue waters and white sand against a backdrop of rugged mountains and a blue sky with bright sunshine: one of my favorite memories of Vancouver Island!
