He is very professional, easy-going, flexible, friendly and super knowledgeable about what would work better, the materials/products on the market, including high-end ones. He made an excellent scheme of the new kitchen cabinets, and the measurements were very precised, so you practically don't need to pay to a designer. The price he offered was $10,000 less than another offer we git from a reccomended place, and on top he offered best quality materials on the market a super short work time, less than 5 weeks, although he is very popular and has lots of customers. You can find in the office one of the best selections of samples related to kitchen cabinets, such as different materials for Cabinet doors; Smart corners; Pull outs and buttons, decorative glass for glass doors and so on.The most impressive thing for me was that he said they need 3 to 4 days to install the kitchen cabinets and indeed it took 1day and a half to 2 excellent and long time experienced professionals to install it.Lastly I would like to share that Bill is also very responsive to emails, quick problem solver and would advise the best solution if problem arises.Thank you very much Bill for the elegant and well made kitchen which I enjoy every time I look at it!
