New staff is horrible. I come in 2 a week for change for my company and I have to sit here and argue with the cashier.... absolutely dislike coming here

This is the worst branch and even worst is the FSR named Kelsey. She messed up my account . No communication & definitely no professionalism. It is frustrating to wait for your own money for months. employees like her only know how to pitch services and products, other than that they don’t care for anything. Worst experience CIBC, I will take my business to some other bank who actually care.

I don't mind the bank, but their hours are pretty horrendous. I hate how I can't work 9-5 and then go to the bank immediately after and fix an issue such as getting a new debit card. It means they are only available to serve me 2 out of 7 days unless I take time off work. That translates into big-time friction. I would recommend RBC instead because they are open until 6pm, so it is physically possible to go there after work.
