Basically I went in there and asked about a king size bed could they deliver it to the WEST END OF THE CITY LOOK AT THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING CONSTRUCT TEAM ALL AROUNDI GUESS THE BED ARE GOODMINE WAS 1050 CND IT LASTED 3 YEARS GOT BED BUGS INSIDE A BED BUG COVER OH WELL ITS RUBBISH KNOW

The service at 8 King Street was incredible. We ordered 3 mattresses, 2 of which needed to be delivered up north to a location which has historically proven to be difficult for delivery companies to find. Not this time! Two delivery people showed up on time and we unbelievable in moving the 2 mattresses in and up to the second floor. The team at Sleep Country made it completely effortless. Would highly recommend.

Did not have a good experience. Prices were nonsensical - one mattress was $5700 and when I said it was out of my price range, the price magically dropped to $3000. They put pressure to buy because the deal is only good for today!" As a result

Good bed but the assembly service was shocking, they guys took 1.5 hours to put the bed together, were on the phone to their superior asking for help. The two men that came didn't speak a lick of English so it was hard to communicate with them. Took an hour for them to think to use instruction manual. They also put a ding in my bedroom wall. I would rather have just assembled it myself. The bed itself is also not worth the kind of money we paid for it

Helpful staff. Tried multiple beds before I decided. Patient personnel. I would recommend this place especially during the sales Sleep Country Canada has during the year. I purchased a bed here five years ago and now have purchased another bed from the same salesman. No problem with delivery. Competitive pricing even at sale events. Good product some superior product. Best to go to store to see and try mattress. Some things just don't work on line.

We had an awesome experience at this location. We were attended by Zaniq and Mihraz. Both were focused on excellent customer experience and are very knowledgeable. We bought the massager bed frame,SIMBA mattress and a set of gel technology pillows. Every product was discussed in detail and got maximum discounts. Recommend them both and the location!
