Kahuna Window Cleaning

I’m not sure if the garage windows were included in the price, but none of those were done, and a small window on the side of the house was missed, otherwise the rest of the windows look good

Windows were cleaned as were the screens. My wife was reluctant about paying the cleaner since no arrangements for payment had been confirmed by the sales person. A morning appointment changed to late morning arrival which inconvenienced us. Work was satisfactory with details in communication not the best.(time of cleaning, method and handling of payment needs improvement) The sales person and actual cleaner behaved in a professional manner.

I hired Kahuna Window Cleaning to clean my windows (inside, outside, screens and tracks) and also the retaining wall in my backyard. One of the crew members started with the window cleaning, the other with the retaining wall. After a couple of minutes of cleaning the retaining wall he came inside and wanted to talk to me about the retaining wall. He said he wasn't sure if it was coming clean, had a puzzled look on his face. We were discussing how to clean a retaining wall (I have it done every year, so years of neglect isn't the problem). I asked him if cleaning retaining walls is a normal service they provide. His response was Not really. If we do any pressure washing it's more of a house wash". I said

Carson, the window technician, was extremely professional. He called letting us know when to expect him, was courteous while here, and finished on time. The outcome was perfect.

It was my first time succumbing to the ‘luxury’ of someone else cleaning my windows, inside and out. The wonderful, professional woman was here about 6 hours. The result is nothing less than remarkable. Seriously. Highly recommend!

Carson arrived on time. He washed both inside and outside windows in a timely fashion and did an incredible job! We talked as he worked; he is amazing young man and a credit to Kahuna.We will certainly ask for Carson next year.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I've never had my windows professionally cleaned before. The crew was polite and careful moving things and working around my stuff. They checked everything and went back to touch some areas up before they called it complete. I've done my own windows before and when done require a trip to the chiropractor. This was well worth it.
