Waiting for my pizza to get delivered for 1.5 hours. When I called the restaurant to complain, the guy was being so shameless and offered me 10% off on the bill to avoid the situation. very disappointing.update - the pizza came like this, and their debit machine wasn’t able to read our gift card so we ended up paying cash…

Our family's go-to place for a great pizza! Great staff and service all around, very prompt and friendly. The only concern is when the Sport's Lounge is broadcasting UFC or other similar sporting event, the tv's are viewable from the dining rooms. I recall there was one time (by accident) that the displays were showing the event in the dining room. Certainly not child friendly viewing for an 8 yr old and we did ask the server to change the station. Perhaps have shades pulled down for such an event as younger children should not be exposed to someone getting their face smashed in during dinner.

I haven't been to Boston pizza for a long time. Recently, I went because of a promotion where if you donate $5 you will receive 5 free meals. I also went during pasta Tues as well. The food portions were huge and the food was surprisingly good. After this experience, Boston pizza is a place I'll consider on my list again.

We visited this place in a Sunday afternoon, only few guests were there. Staff are very friendly and nice. Restaurant is quite spacious with outside sitting as well. Clean atmosphere and comfortable chairs.My kids were excited for kids meal. They ordered the pizza which was great and they loved it. They were disappointed with the drink. My son ordered Oreo Dairy Delight, it was supposed to be mix of ice cream, milk and Oreo, but I think they forgot to add the ice cream, taste was like just milk and Oreo, we asked the server and were told that's how it is. So make sure you skip paying extra $3 for this one as your child will get disappointed with the taste. The kids dessert was so tiny and different with the menu picture.My wife ordered Jambalaya Fettuccine which it was great and had decent amount of shrimp, chicken and sausage. For dessert I got Chocolate Explosion which was very rich and sweet.Overall I will give them one more try and will order adult size pizza instead.

We came in this afternoon for a late lunch and the restaurant was a complete mess. There was one small room where it looked like a birthday party had just left with cups and food not only all over the table but on the ground and seats all around. This may be understandable if they hadn’t had a chance to clean just yet but when they sat us in a different wing of the restaurant it was the same. Tables all around us were not clean with food on the floor all around. People sat and eating between these messy tables.It was not an appetizing or respectful environment to have guests seated.Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.Seems like poor management. Would not expect a franchised restaurant to be in this state. Not acceptable.

I have loved BP’s delicious and consistent food and since I was young. I was served by Paris and she is absolutely fantastic, she takes time to interact and help create a perfect experience which is the icing on the cake. Thank you for wonderful dining experience!

Came here with a big group a few weeks ago very last minute after another restaurant didnt uphold our reservation. The server ( she had a unique name, i cant remember it) accommodated our group of over 20 people with ease and AMAZING service. You would’ve never guessed that we came in last minute, and that she was the only one serving us. She was seriously amazing and deserves a raise and all the applause. Thank you so much for making my nephews birthday so special.

Our server was fantastic! She was funny and attentive and made our dining experience better! The food was great! We shared the triple play and had a large Royal Hawaiian pizza.....I absolutely loved it!!
