Extremely unorganized and have no clue what they're doing. I've known others who have dealt with them and have had to wait months to get their door installed only to have the wrong one put in.Also I'm pretty sure that Chris Plante guy is their salesmen, so that review is completely biased.

This showroom is spectacular, and Chrissy Clelland, the office administrator is so helpful. We will be returning in the spring for our next purchase of the Bug Screen. So fortunate to have this business in Muskoka.
