Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.We had a fantastic time staying here on our family vacation. Excellent customer service. Restaurant food was excellent. Excellent time having fun using the pool with the kids. Close to the harbour, excellent views of the mountains and ocean. Central to everything while on vacation.

This hotel is perfectly located near Stanley Park and the staff has been amazing. We are traveling with the dog and the only downside that I have is it we are not allowed to have dinner in any location except out where the red chairs are in the lawn. So due to that I’m not able to rate the service of dinners or them at all because it is not a comfortable place to eat. But everything else here makes it worth staying here. The one thing I have to say about this hotel is this the first time since Covid they actually have had our room cleaned while we were still here.

Beautiful location right on the water. Short walking distance to Stanley Park. 1 mile from cruise port. Nice restaurant for breakfast. Free use of nice bikes and helmets. Free ice-cream, popcorn, etc in lobby periodically. Nice pools, saunas, and fitness programs. Very friendly staff. Watch marina and sea plane airport from room. Can see mountains from room. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Excellent located, nestled in Coal Harbour, right on the water, plenty of amenities within walking distance. The hotel is older but maintained immaculately by Westin. The outdoor pool is awesome, and a great touch!Service and the staff are probably the best in town. Honestly reminds you of how service should be. Starting with the welcome staff to the service staff, truly amazing.I brought my family for this business trip and it was so much fun for them. Highly recommend.

Came here for a corporate team building event, unfortunately the event organizers didn’t pass on that I needed pet free accommodations, and didn’t realize that the hotel was had become “pet friendly”. Although the check in desk said that housekeeping had thoroughly cleaned the room, I still had major allergy symptoms every night I was here. Apparently the carpets were being vacuumed with the same vacuums used on the pet friendly rooms and spread pet dander everywhere. The hotel staff did their best to find me a cleaner room (5 stars for helpfulness), but didn’t have any allergen free rooms, so I slept a little better the last night, but still felt poorly the entire stay. It’s a great hotel for pet owners, but people with allergies should steer clear.

We LOVE staying at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver. Not only does this waterfront hotel offer wonderful views of the harbour, the marina and the city, its location is within walking distance of Stanley Park if you like the outdoors, or Robson Street if you prefer to go shopping or cafe- or restaurant-hopping. Also, there are plenty of bicycle and scooter rental places nearby.Courteous and friendly crew members; rooms are bright and clean. Can use some upgrade to provide more charging ports for modern devices but still acceptable. Good upscale restaurants in the hotel and plenty in the vicinity offering a wide variety of cuisines to suit any budget. Room service was also good.If I must include a negative comment, it would have to be my shock of the century experience with room service! I had a late dinner one night due to work demands, and really needed coffee. When I ordered room service, I wanted to get a pot of coffee to help me through the night. When I was told there was no coffee available at that time, it was simply incomprehensible. Yes, a first world problem but I have never encountered that in all my hotel stays so I was seriously shocked and … “disappointed” was nowhere close to how I felt at the time. Other than that, everything was great!

It's been 5 days since we left and we are still talking about how amazing our stay was here. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was beautiful. The restaurant food was delicious and all the staff members were very accommodating. We took advantage of the pools, sauna, and gym facilities while we were there. The hotel is located in a very convenient area. Minutes away from Stanley Park. We took advantage of the free 2 hour bike rental and went around the park. We would stay here again and again.

I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights in early June, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. I waited for the hotel to send me a guest survey regarding my stay but i did not receive any, so here it is. Overall, there were some positive aspects, but I also encountered several issues during my stay.Let me begin by acknowledging the positives. The location of the hotel was excellent, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The bell desk staff were very helpful and accommodating, assisting us with our luggage and even lending us a stroller. Additionally, the breakfast buffet at H2 was satisfying. However, there were a number of problems that I faced during my stay that I feel need to be addressed. Firstly, on the day of our checkout, there was no water supply in the bathroom from 3 am onwards. The hotel staff suggested using the shower at the spa, but it was not feasible or convenient for us with a toddler in the room and a plane to catch later in the afternoon. This meant we had to endure a long day of travel without being able to shower. Even for simple tasks like using the restroom and freshening up in the morning, we had to go down to the lobby. The water supply was restored just before we checked out, which was frustrating.Another issue we encountered was that all of our room keys, both physical and mobile, stopped working on the second day of our stay. We returned to the hotel around 9 pm with a tired and sleepy toddler, only to find ourselves locked out of our room. We had to wait outside until our keys were restored, which was an inconvenience we could have done without.Furthermore, on the last day of our stay, the mobile key, along with my reservations for the hotel, disappeared from my phone. I had been using the mobile key, while my husband had been using the physical key. As a result, when I went out alone with my son for a quick walk, I was unable to get back into the room until my husband returned with the physical key. This was an unnecessary hassle and caused us additional stress.Lastly, I would like to mention that the size of the room was quite small considering the high price we paid for our stay. It would have been more comfortable if the room had been more spacious. In light of the inconveniences we experienced, I was disappointed by the compensation offered. A mere $50 credit for the water shutdown did not adequately address the extent of the inconvenience and discomfort we faced during our stay. We believe that for a hotel that cost us around $700 per night, a more substantial compensation should have been provided.I hope you take my feedback into consideration and take steps to address these issues, as they significantly impacted our overall experience at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.
