The employees were very clean, polite and happy to serve me. The sushi was fresh and well prepared.Note: although this is a chain, it’s all freshly prepared - if you can, you won’t regret ordering ahead of time online. I send my order 1+ hour in advance and it’s a breeze picking up.

Ease of use of the website is amazing, extremely well designed and useful. Order online, pay online, write any change, extras or whatever else you need and they take of it. Huge menu with lots of healthy options. I'm vegan and love choices, fresh healthy unbelievable tasty food!!!! I order online, pay, tip and pick it up. In and out in no time, by far my favorite takeout restaurant, I can't say enough good things about it.

I was in town for a sale on clothes. I like sushi so I found this place. I was taken back a bit when I found out it was a chain. But for a chain sushi joint, it’s not bad. I had the Shrimp Tempura and 2 Pork Imperial Rolls. I like the atmosphere as it was colourful and bright. Lots of sunshine. I give three stars because I’ve been to few sushi places. The food was better than expected. Service was ok because they looked busy with a big order. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again.

Half decent in a pinch, but I'd only put it slightly above typical grocery store sushi in quality, flavor, ingredients and presentation.

Wow! What a terrible experience lol I've NEVER eat here before at all! But LOVE sushi so i called and asked what kind of platters they got etc.. Buddy on the phone started whining that he couldn't make any platters cause it took too long that he could make one or two 15 peices lol So i said euhmm no i want a platter i got a family to feed. He then goes on about how its too long so i asked what time they closed he said 8 it was only 6:30 LOL i told him straight up wow that's being lazy maybe if i would of called 20 minutes before closing but hour half before no way unprofessional never even going to think about giving this place a shot again! I'll stick with my superstore sushi ;)

Second time there and both times were amazing! This time I had their 6pcs Smoked. And also their 3pcs coconut shrimp. Never had coconut shrimps like these before but now I prefer them this way.... Perfection!

Their food is very good. Nothing compared to the real sushi ive eaten from kinjos in calagry...but good for bathurst n.b. its the service that keeps me from ever going back there.The first experience i was hung up on andthen argued with when called back just for having a hard time to understanthem on the phone.The second they were 2 hours from close and got the feeling" when i called 5 times over 30 minutes they werent just busy and recognized the number.The third time was 50 minutes before close and they literally answred and said they werent taking anymore orders...while i sat right outside and seen a gentleman walk in after i called. Then he waited in his car for his order...If decide to pay that much for sushi again in n.b i willpay the extra to drive to tracadie...theywill take your order as long as its open...and they show the upmost respect and patience."

The food is delicious, the environment is clean, pleasant and well located. I just thought it took a long time for our order to be ready. I was there last Sunday, I don't know if there are fewer employees working on Sundays...

My family and I really like this place. The food is always fresh and they even have some to go meals ready in advance. The workers are friendly and very helpful.
