We utilized the services of Lex Parker Design to envision a complete interior and exterior remake of our seventy year old business in a structure built in the 1930's and 40's. Not only did Lex and his team rise to the challenge, they surpassed our expectations.

LEX PARKER IS A CON ARTIST.There are SO MANY other designers out there.... just call one of them instead. Originally I was fooled by the other (obviously fake) reviews. I had hoped that Lex Parker was a professional as presented... he is not.LEX parker is a con artist. After charging me an unreasonable retainer, and wasting three weeks of my timetable... the work produced was below the bare minimum of what had been asked for... yet allegedly had taken over 20 hours and the better part of the retainer.When I phoned Lex to call his attention to the poor quality of the work and the lack of detail... he asked me to give hime some time to work it out. After wasting another 2 days... I received an email from Lex making excuses as to why HE felt that the work so far was ok... and that if I wanted the level of detail that I had asked him for... that I would have to now pay extra!!!In an attempt to give him the benefit of the doubt... I scheduled a meeting to try to give Lex a chance to defend the poor work he had produced... and to justify the amount of time he was trying to bill against an obvious hack/rush job.After 55 minutes of excuses... I returned to my office, only to receive an email updated statement of account stating that I had been charged another $1000 for the 55m meeting. (At a base rate of $110/hour?!?)At this point I understood that Lex was satisfied conning both me and my business out of the retainer... and never had any desire to actually earn my business,, meet my needs, or get the job done.Needless to say that everyone I have shared the details of this account with all agree that this is no way to do business"... and that "something is really off about this guy."I hope that sharing the experience of my sacrifice and loss have saved you from your own.UPDATE: In response to their attempt to undermine the credibility of my review

We had concept designs done for a home renovation by Lex Parker Designs, and that was hands down the smartest money we spent on the renovation! Our designer gave us completely different options than we had ever considered: she rearranged the placement of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. She helped us choose the option that suited us best, and now that the renovation is finished, we're even more thrilled!
