FIX AUTO WHITBY

So apparently this establishment is booked until next week. And they will charge $50 a day for storage?????! I’ve used them many times in the past and had great experience, but this is a deal breaker. Even an appointment the following week was not offered.

I would highly recommend these folks at the Whitby location.We chose Fix Auto, after a search by ourselves as well as through someone in the body repair profession. Even through their channels (body shops they've used for claims, with cost factored), we short listed Fix and a competitor. Ultimately the choice came down to cost and reputation.From all I've heard from, our repair on a silver car, right on the detail line, was not simple and could have costed a lot more if we were to replace the door. Fix were very understanding, honest and provided options. With their expertise, they gave me the confidence they could do the job in a cost effective way. The result looked good as new.I absolutely recommend these folks. Chris who managed the customer experience was great to work with.Thanks

Got my car back within one week. It is a beautiful new car again that nobody knows actually one of the rear door was badly scratched if I don't tell. Excellent job, guys! On top of that, Tony was super nice. He patiently explained all my questions/concerns and walked me through different options to get the job done right. Thanks Tony!

All the Staff were very friendly, humorous and always professional. They did an amazing job repairing my Acura after an accident. My car was repaired in just 4 days & looked as good as new when I received it. I would definetly recommend these guys!

Chris Toy called my wife to pick up her car on Friday evening. She told him to leave the Keys under the drivers side mat.When we opened the car we couldn't find any keys & the car was a mess. Screw & bolts were lying on the boot floor. The spare tire was not put back into its space. Everything was a mess. Articles that belonged in the boot were left on the back seat. Being an electronic key we could start the car & bring it back home, but since the key was not found, we had to call the police just because anyone could just start the car and drive away during the night. It almost seems that this individual became spiteful because our insurance decided against doing the overpriced repairs. We would give a Minus or Zero star if it were possible.Really lousy service. Stay away from this place.

I have never written a review. However, I felt compelled to write one after Fix Auto Whitby exceeded my expectations.After being nearly written off by TD Insurance and butchered by beasts at CAR STAR Oshawa, my car and I arrived at Fix Auto Whitby in a total wreck. Tony and his amazing team came to my rescue just in time for Christmas. Like Santa Claus, Tony delivered a car that looks better than it did pre-accident. To top it off, the final bill was significantly less than the initial estimate and it was ready for pick up at the exact estimated time.Thank you to everyone at Fix Auto Whitby! Don't consider taking your car anywhere else to be repaired.
