I've been going to this coffee shop since the early 80s; unfortunately over the years Staff and Management have changed so much over the years. It has been so many years since you had staff that would listen to the customer and get the order right. The staff worked effectively and efficiently to ensure the customer was happy. It wasn't about volume it was about quality and care. So many ownerships have changed, then Management.. again unfortunately with the change of hands also went the lack of care for the Customer. This Current Owner has even said that Tim Hortons is a cooperation

The new manager Ama made this place 5 stars!!!!! I see the difference in the staff, service and over all cleanliness of this location!!! Yes girl, thank you for making my mornings better.

I agree with many of these posts here as well. I've been going to this location since the early 90s. Lately they are rude they rush you through the drive thru sometimes without even giving you the entire order. Today was the worst when the rep Vivian refused to scan my points card because the scanner at the drive through didn't work for me. I advised her that it didn't work at the order booth and she still refused. Now what if I were an elderly person who didn't have a phone or who had a physical card and it didn't work. Would I have received the same treatment ? She claimed they removed the machine from there. When I was there two days ago and I could physically see it. Shame on you. I'm assuming they are on a timer and the extra .4 seconds it takes to scan it will put them out. However you lost a customer ! Not to mention all the crack heads sitting and sleeping outside their store makes for a bad and unsafe experience! McDonalds here we come. Hopefully Vivian learns what good customer service is. And stops treating it like a privilege to provide someone with points they are entitled too! Out of principal reported this to head office as I promised

As always, the staff at Tim Hortons was very kind and helpful. There was a little bit of wait before I could place my order but that's normal considering lunch hours. The staff was patient with me while I chose what to order. My order was ready within 2 minutes. Their quick service is always appreciable. I had a pleasant meal. Thank you Tim Hortons staff! I'll be back tomorrow.

Every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience. The staff are extremely unprofessional, unkind and rude. They do not know how to treat customers kindly. On some weekends , I go there for my morning tea, the staff are disrespectful and always argue with me and other customers. They make a big deal when I request them to customize my tea to be more specific. Even when I request them to toast my biscuits they behave the same way. A supervisor needs to talk to these employees and get rid them.

Had a really bad experience at this location. From order there was a misunderstanding from the server side. Than she didn’t even apologized. Coffee was bad. No box for timbits. Was very hungry so thought to grab few things to snack and a coffee. Turned out to be an utterly disappointment.

I bought a crispy chicken sandwich and the lettuce on it smelled rotten so I checked it out and it was actually a very spoiled lettuce please double-check when you make food.

It was a It was a nice small place and the people were very friendly . I went through the drive-thru and then I walked inside to use the washroom and they were very welcoming and Very smiley which made it feel more comfortable For me to be inside for me to be inside , especially at night time by myself.

Walked for 20 min in -1 degrees to get a coffee, only to find out they had locked the doors. Waited in the drive through line only to be told that I need to be driving a vehicle to be in that line and they will only serve me then. No hospitality whatsoever
