Dumont Foundations & Interlock

This is our second year with Dumont for snow removalLast year they had issues with equipment breaking down and didn’t show up so the driveway was a mess and it’s a paved drivewayThis year same thingThey are breaking down seems to be the reasoningYesterday was the final strawThey posted on their Facebook page they were coming in the morning and didn’t come til after 5The they said they will do a second pass and never cameOther neighbours with other companies came and they came twice and did their drivewaysWe had been blocked in from the city plow since 10 am!!!This is the second snow fall and the service is horribleA neighbor didn’t get their driveway done all day and they totally missed their home and yes they have signage outComing home to a unplowed driveway isn’t a joke when you’re paying for service and not getting itHaving to make other arrangements to have snow removed because you don’t want your driveway to freeze and thaw and get destroyed is valid.Every snow storm so far and it’s only been twice. I have had to clean or use another company to come and fix the messLast year the driveway was like the moon all season because e they didn’t come the first snow fall and it was a disaster but they promised to do better and all I can say is they tried..Totally get that gas is expensive and that equipment breaks and you can’t control Mother Nature but that’s your job!!I will keep you posted if the service improves.They also removed a Facebook post saying at 7 am the tractors will be out because the truck of peoples comments they had not passed by all day and night!!

When he arrived to give the estimate, I was happy with the price he quoted me as well as the clarity of explaining the process of what needed to be done, including the different ways to get the problem fixed.
