Very nice selection of great quality men's underwear, sleepwear, and facial hair care supplies. I got a very comfortable pair of underwear with lobsters on them and a great set of dress socks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect place to find that man's gift

My husband loves the products and the service is always helpful and courteous. Our favs are the congnac and Cuban cigar shaving balm, the selection of razors is great! and tons of products geared to every age and style of man.

We found this store via a Google search for male underwear stores. It is located on a charming shopping shop in Kingston. Upon entering, we were greeted by the owner, Kathy, who was friendly but didn't hover. When we had a question, she was glad to offer us any advice on the products (which she knew so much about). The selection is FANTASTIC!! The brands they carry are all excellent quality and the prices are quite reasonable. I love shopping in a physical store for clothing because you can actually feel the fabric and see the quality. That is the difference between online and why I always choose to shop for underwear in a physical store. We made our purchases and, since we were the only ones in the store, chatted a bit with the owner. She has such a passion for her clientele and the store. She talked about that she was so excited for an upcoming event where they were having real live mannequins in the windows. It was a great experience visiting this store. Next time I'm in Kingston, I will absolutely be making a stop here again.

My lovely girlfriend bought me a pair of underwear there and happened to grab a size to large, I noticed and before they were opened, so I said we would exchange them, unfortunately they refused to exchange them and lost a customer I will never be shopping here againEdit** for an easy fix to your issue, clear stickers to seal boxes. That way if purchased as a gift, you can see things haven’t been opened and have happy customers instead of ones that won’t return

My girlfriend and I have both purchased underwear for our husbands at this shop. The young man who served us was courteous and helpful.My issue is that my girlfriends husband discovered a hole in his $30 underwear , upon first wear, and when she returned to the store hoping for a replacement (not expecting a refund) was told this store does not honour or guarantee their product. She was rudely dismissed by the female manager (owner?) and told she had no recourse except to contact the company online. This woman was excessively rude. I would never recommend a business that doesn't stand behind it's only, very expensive, product.

It's a small boutique store with reasonable prices for quality products. It's definately a niche store, but for men in the market for quality underwear, socks, pyjamas or shaving accessories, this is the place to go. Staff was friendly and recommended returning on the weekend for sales associated with the Promenade.

Great little store with nice variety of selections. The days I always stop in to browse from time to time, their's always this nice lady working there that's really friendly and we always engage in a conversation during my visits. It's nice to have an UNDR store locally instead of buying online.
