Connor was extremely helpful in getting a large, last-minute order completed for my company. We wanted notebooks and tote bags, and he was able to quickly provide me with alternate options as my initial choices were not available. The order was completed and delivered earlier than estimated. Our staff loves our products! Overall, very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

I needed engraved glasses for a squash tournament done in short order. After I got my act together for them, they fulfilled my order within a few days. I could not believe it could be done so quickly and pick up was super fast with easy parking at the MAKE studio on Frances. I couldn't be happier!!!

Thanks for the great service, Connor. The process was super efficient, the price is reasonable and we like the quality of the stainless steel water bottles. We haven't sold commercially bottled water in plastic bottles at our event since 2010. We sell pre-filled and chilled water bottles instead. #GoGreen

Ben the Product Whisperer was fantastic in helping us find some good high quality swag in time for our company event as we needed a fairly large order in a short amount of time. He was very quick to respond and gave us many options to choose from. The event-goers were excited and impressed with the items we gave out. I first worked with Connor at Promosapien in 2019 and he has been my go-to local swag expert ever since.Promosapien has a fantastic selection of promotional products to choose from, with a super knowledgeable, friendly and overall awesome team to help guide you through the process.Swag selection can seem really overwhelming, but I find that Promosapien makes it feel pretty seamless.Recently I ordered a batch of branded bottles and they arrived a week early and just look amazing. Mock-ups were sent almost immediately and the payment process was so simple. Always a pleasure working with Connor and definitely recommend Promosapien!
