I had my haircut with Courtney today and absolutely love her hair styling skills. She was super patient with my heavy hair, gave me an amazing look. Totally love her !

Courtney cut my hair and I'm so happy with it. I had long hair, cut straight at the bottom. Courtney gave me curtain bangs, layers, and rounded out the bottom of my long hair. It has so much shape now and looks way healthier! Since I was attached to my long hair, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable with every change. Truly a wonderful experience.

Had my first appointment yesterday with JoHannah. Being new to the city I was looking for someone with great skills using Elumen hair colour, funky colours and cuts. It’s always scary trying to find “the one” in a new city. I don’t need to look any further as JoHannah is amazing and crazy talented. She picked a perfect cut for my face shape and created a rainbow of colour! Such a lovely place. Everyone is very attentive and kind. I felt so well taken care of by all and JoHannah is the best.

Element Hair Studio was recommended by a colleague four years ago. Since then, I've only been to Element for my hair cuts, styling, and balayage. Kim is an expert at her craft! She works with her clients to ensure they are getting exactly what they envision, providing thorough consultations along the way. I first arrived at Element wanting them to fix a bad DIY haircut- and was very pleased with the experience. From cuts to styling tips to wholesome products that maintain the health of your hair, they have it all at Element. When it comes to the art and science of colour- Kim, Lance, and their staff really know their stuff! This is a really fun place to go; it shows that the entire team loves what they do.

Always a wonderful experience. Karima has done my hair two or three times now, which is an all over bleach and I am very particular about the toning. She does it so well every time. My toner lasts between appointments (6-8 weeks) and my hair has never been healthier. Last time I was in a rush, which I know can sometimes lead to mistakes but my hair was done perfectly even with my time constraint. Thanks so much!

INCREDIBLE service!! I had jet black hair and I wanted to go platinum and Johanna absolutely killed it! My hair came out looking like Barbie and I couldn’t stop taking selfies. 11/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

Trying out a new stylist when I have had a couple not-so-great experiences with others in the past, is a nerve racking venture for me. The first hurdle was finding a reputable salon and Elements shined through all the others. The second was getting a good stylist match. I had a phone consultation and they told me they knew just the stylist for the job and they could not have been more correct! Courtney was perfect! She was sweet and kind and very attentive to my concerns. There was no need for concerns though, as she beautifully shaped my hair giving me a much more polished look than I anticipated. Courtney is a real professional with a gentle touch. I am immensely happy with my hair style! I will definitely be returning.
