Great little store if shopping organic or in the mood for something different. Staff always helpful and friendly. Produce is fresh. Nice spice section in rear of store. Some things overpriced.

My daughter Emily who is 5 is a HUGE fan of spices along with anything that has the word spice" in it like high guardian SPICE or the SPICE girls. We didn't find those here but we still had fun sniffing the oreganos and choosing what paprika to use against my husband"

Love the selection of local Ontario/Quebec produce and products. Awesome selections of vegan cheeses, bulk spices, and pastas. The store is small, however, and it gets a little awkward moving around the employees while they are stocking shelves. Prices are medium to high range, although quality is awesome. Would like to see a larger selection of fresh baked breads, and the atmosphere/employees lack friendliness in my experiences.

I used to come here for some niche products. Even though the prices were unjustified, it was local and staff were nice. In the past few months i noticed a big change. Half of the produce is rotten /expired. Cashiers are kids who don't even bother to look at you, let alone say Hi"

I used to come here all the time when I was a child, and, as I gain more independence, I have taken to frequenting it every week or so. The place has an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia for me, from the layout, to the sound, and especially the smell of the spices in the spice corner. Its never boring, either. The shelves are always packed with interesting things to try, and I always end up leaving with one or two new goodies. I particularly enjoy a certain brand of tomato soup they carry. Its a bit expensive, but very much worth it, especially when you add some basil and parsley.
