Ordered for pick up on the phone and a lady told us that it will take 25min. We went 25min later and we were told the order wasn’t even placed! We showed them the call history and even called the same number to prove that we called the right number. So, the worker told us that he will make the pizza for us within 10min. We were hungry so we decided to wait. Not pleased with the customer service. Did not even apologize for missing the order. No discounts or anything complementary for the inconvenience. Also, we ordered an XL pizza but we got L instead. Very unhappy, never coming here again. At least the pizza was good. But still it doesn’t matter if the food is good or not. I believe customer service comes first. Maybe RAPIZZA Downtown should hire humans instead of robots!

Tried Rapizza for the first time, and enjoyed our dinner of pepperoni pizza and butter. Chicken pizza. For a family of five we ordered two large and one regular pizza and had lots leftover. The butter chicken pizza was flavorful, but not overpowering. It's also great that they are located in the same storefront as shake therapy, we were able to get delicious milkshakes at the same time. Good location downtown Brampton near Gage Park, Will be nice in the summertime to grab a pizza and enjoy a picnic in the park.

If you are looking for some pizza with funky menu this is the place to go in Brampton. I like the vegetarian options. Presentation is good. I like the pizza size. Not too big, not too small. Milkshakes are great too.

Best fusion pizza. We had the tandoori paneer pizza, it was crispy, hot, well garnished and bursting with flavors. Kids had ice cream and they loved it. Service was excellent.

Food is very delicious and very fresh. We ordered pizza, garlic bread. The place is really small. I'll suggest take-aways and not the dining. Per person cost: $20-25
