Ian at Hub Automotic is an absolute gem of a human being. Friendly, personable. I got nothing but the best service from him after he was recommended by a friend of mine. Top notch service, I would and will recommend them to any body I know.

Very impressed and strongly recommend the services offered by Hub Automatic. These guys know transmissions. Last year, after bringing my classic car in due to a noise from the transmission, they had me come down and go over the transmission on the work bench. After 51 years, it needed to be rebuilt. They even had me come back to show me the newly rebuilt transmission after they finished. Their price to rebuild was more than reasonable. They offer a great warranty and stand behind their rebuilds. They are quick to get work done.They even told me to come back down and have them check everything out before the warranty expired. After I got the car back, I had an issue that I thought could be related to the recent check up. It was just a coincidence. They gladly checked over the issue, and found it was a couple loose ignition wires that weren't connected properly. Even though this had nothing to do with the transmission, HUB repaired these connections free of charge and made sure the car was running great. Truly old school service, garages like this are hard to find these days. Ian and his crew are very friendly/personable and even offered a courtesy car to drive me home. I'll be recommending them to anyone with transmission issues.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Ian and the people at Hub Automoatic. Last week on Friday September 23rd on the way to work the transmission lost gears and left me stuck at a fairly busy intersection. I was a couple blocks away from Hub and limped the poor thing there. I'm thinking to myself not again" I had the transmission rebuilt 5 years ago by another shop. Anyway I waited in their parking lot for about 2 hours until they opened.I was told it would take about 2 weeks to complete. Ian called me and updated me throughout this experience and they even got the job done a week early! I'm glad I was near by Hub and that they could get me in and on the way. I was taken to the back and shown my old case and explained what had happened - I've included a couple photos. There were actual bolts missing from my transfer case that allowed it to flippy flop around banging into things and making a mess of everything. The bore for the one bolt is stretched beyond repair. This could have been catastrophic!Hub Automatic has that old school service you just don't find anymore. They've earned my future business and high recommendations for life."

I had an issue that seemed like a transmission issue, but turned out to be engine related- sending wrong codes to the transmission, causing my transmission to shift hard for 1st to 2nd. They did an assessment, ran a code reader and told me they were unable to fix it (transmission was fine) (as they primarily work on transmissions) and insisted that they didn't charge me a penny for their time. I was impressed with the customer service. Definitely recommend this place.

I had my transmission rebuilt at Hub, and am incredibly impressed with the service that I recieved! The employees that I interacted with were kind and knowledgeable, and I was confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I definitely recommend this shop!(P.S., they're locally-owned!)
