My dad lived across the street from the Hart Family mansion, this was the outskirts of Calgary in the 1960’s and 70’s, these properties were all acreages and they all had horses back then, my dad said Stu and the boys were good neighborhors and quite friendly.

The house is private property. There is a family living there and they are constantly bombarded with people trespassing on their property and people trying to peek in through the windows into their private home.The people who live there DO NOT give tours of their home.

Disappointing to see they sold the family home. Being a big part of history with Calgary. It should have become a historical site even for the city. Would have been a great tourist attraction. Now its just another house.

Received a pile driver from Owen in the basement here as a kid. My neck still kind of hurts but it’s a cool story to tell now. Lots of good memories with here Stu, Bret, and the whole family.
