Beeryani Indian Cuisine

Our first visit to this brand new location of Beeryani on Main St. The space is a bit small but bright, neat and clean. We were there for lunch on a Friday and ordered standard Indian fare, gol gappe (appetizer), butter chicken, aloo gobi, lamb biryani and naans. We also ordered mango lassi and a salt lassi (which was not on the menu, but they obliged). We were half expecting the food to taste generic. But we were more than pleasantly surprised.They obviously took great care in their food preparation, especially their sauces, vegetables and meats. Everything was very tasty and the ingredients were fresh. The food was very flavourful, although not overly spiced. For example, the potatoes and cauliflower in the aloo gobi dish had an exquisite flavour.Our only disappointment was that this location on Main Street didn't serve alcohol - yet. We had gone there with a hope of getting some beer or wine to accompany our meal, but it evidently they had not received their permits yet.

This biriyani was one of the worst I ever had. It was dry and tasteless. I don't understand the high ratings. For a restaurant named after the famous dish biriyani, they can't even make half decent biriyani.

The dishes taste wonderful. Genuinely tastes like homemade food. However the dishes I got were just totally doused with soooo much oil. I took off 9-10 tablespoons of oil from the top of each container and the bag was soaking and soggy from all the oil leaking.Please use less oil and the food would be 5/5

Another deserving restaurant opened on Main Street this month. We tried Beeryanni for the first time today, and they did not disappoint. Every dish is cooked with love and is well-seasoned. Every curry goes well with each other and with other elements of the dishes they are served with. There was an achar in the thali we ordered, and it brought us back home to Malaysia for a brief moment.Amazing food, great staff, good service and a well-thought out menu.

I usually don’t write negative reviews about restaurants but I just had to write one for this place. I had ordered chicken biryani today from this joint.The Biryani was one of the worst I’ve had in my life. The whole dish was basically dry rice and three pieces of chicken. The rice was not even properly coated with spices which made it super dry to eat.I ordered from this restaurant based on the google rating and reviews but the food really doesn’t deserve any credit.I usually order from New India Buffet and Restaurant and these guys should really learn from them.Never making the mistake again to order/dine here again.

I get the chicken biryani every week, and every week it’s amazing. Great full portions and I especially love the rice!!

Love the vegetarian biryani and Thali. They are very vegan and vegetarian friendly. The food was amazing but affordable.

Great food and friendly service. Had the goat curry, biryani and pakoras. We live next door and we were drawn in by the delicious aromas. Welcome to the neighbourhood

We loved the food! We ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala and Kadhai Chicken. Both were very well made. The Tawa roti was exceptional! Also, was super happy to drink their Mango Lassi. It's a cozy place with great staff.
