My experience with SAQ Law was highly satisfying. Having Mr. Quadri as my lawyer made the entire transaction run very smoothly. He was always available for all my questions and his entire team was very supportive. I would definitely recommend him for any real estate transaction.

I came to the office around 2:30 PM and it was closed with no note anywhere. then, waited 10 min's before the person working there showed up. I wanted to notarize some docs, and the guy started questioning me why, and when I answered him, he kept asking more personal questions once saw the doc's. didn't feel comfortable while I was there. He also, gave me some false info about notarizing copies of originals and their translations to get more money. and said ODS @ 222 Jarvis st Toronto authenticates documents for free, which is not true. I had to take my doc's to a different notary public with valid info and less fees per doc.

Mr. Quadri was very knowledgeable and helpful. He completed the will and power of attorney documents for our father in a very efficient manner. We are very grateful for his prompt services.

After being burnt by multiple lawyers, I found these guys through a real estate agent friend! And BOY! am I glad I found these guys. Just closed my 4th property with Shahzad and always professional, pleasant and accommodating. He takes the headache out of transactions and I sincerely believe I can trust him. I cant say the same thing about majority of RE lawyers in or around Mississauga/Oakville/Brampton. Just being truthful here. The last property I closed a week ago, I had some emergency travel and had to handle things from out of country. Shehzad made it work, even tho it took him extra time and effort. He didn't complain even once, neither did he hand me an extra bill for it, which tells you in addition to what I just said, he is also very understanding. Why else do we need a lawyer? To make life easy and less stressful, and thats exactly what these guys do! Now..... the lady who handles all the scary back office stuff. Lubna! Not only does she always wear a big, pleasant smile, but she will go out of her way to do things that you cant (or sometimes don't want to do). For example..... I walked in, put 24 signed checks on her desk and said, I don't have time to fill these out. She smiled and said she will take care of it for me. You may be thinking who in their right mind would hand someone over 24 blank signed checks? But hey..... Thats how much I trust these guys! Anyway...... She didn't have to fill them out for me, she could have said no! and its really not part of her job. But she chose to do so. That should tell you something about these guys! Enough said.
