Can never get a hold of them by phone. I've called for entire mornings with no pickups, staff has gone downhill. Lots more to complain about.

Lousy customer service....hold CASH DEPOSITS for 10 days. They have No Visa or MasterCard Debit. Useless.

This may be the worst Alterna branch I've been to, out of 8I'm used to good service with Alterna, but this made me consider banking with a big 6 bank. Its not as good as the Billings or South Keys location or Toronto.
