What a great experience with these guys. After months of trying to find the right part for my outdoor faucet, stumbled upon these guys who got me sorted in a snap! Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and well priced.Would gladly recommend to anyone and will certainly be top of mind over any Big-box for future needs.Great stuff guys. A hidden gem, plumbing and heating specialty store. Minimal showroom, but excellent service. Find out what you want and get them the make and model numbers, and they will go out of their way to get you great prices. They normally deal with tradespeople, but are happy to help the general public.

My kitchen faucet was installed back in 2006 by a contractor. Recently I noticed water leaking below the countertop from the faucet. I took out the cartridge as the handle was getting tight to move and likely needed replacement anyway. There was no part number anywhere on it, and all I knew was that the faucet was made by Aquabrass. I emailed Aquabrass with the below photos inquiring on the part number, and received no response from themI found the staff at Ponte to be very helpful and knowledgeable and they were able to find an exact replacement cartridge in their shop. The price was very reasonable. I prefer going to smaller specialty shops like this compared to Home Depot. I always find Home Depot busy and hard to find anyone knowledgeable to help. I am not a professional but I am just a home owner. I need to go back to Ponte to buy another replacement faucet valve for my American Standard shower.I highly recommend Ponte Plumbing.

Super nice, friendly , very knowledgeable. Spent hours trying to get a pin into a moen faucet, finally went to them after our pin broke They gave us the pin, showed us how to put it together with the pin. Saved us from having to get a plumber. Phoned another place and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Super service and honest. I'm a handyman who has used them several times and they give great info and take their time. Highly recommended!

I am a plumber from the East end of Toronto. I am not too familiar with the West End for plumbing wholesale. I knew that noble trade was at Bathurst and dupont. This place was closer so I went there. So when I ask for a specific item he didn't have it. I believe he was the owner he was an older Portuguese man. I asked him if there's any other plumbing wholesalers in the area I asked him twice. He told me there is no other plumbing wholesalers in the area with this look. Coming to realize later on the opposit street of him there's a next Plumbing wholesale. If you're not Portuguese I would not recommend even gone there obviously he only wants to deal with his own kind.

I have gone to Ponte Plumbing to order all my Kitchen facets & sinks/bathroom facets, and other execeries and was very happy with the service I got.Filipe & Gabriela were very attentive patiente and friendly serving me with my order . I went to 2 different “Taps” stores (drove all over the city) before I was sent to Home Hardware by Frank at Taps (thanks Frank), and Home Hardware sent me to Ponte Plumbing (Ya gotta love HH for that).Phil was at the counter and immediately understood my problem and the solution - I could tell that he knew his fixtures, fittings and stock really well.Super kind and helpful staff here both times we were there. My mother is quite elderly and they were very patient and understanding with her.We ended up buying two sets of taps for her bathroom and would recommend this store to anyone with a plumbing problem; if you want to speak with knowledgeable staff, start here.It’s not a big fancy showroom, but the price was great and the customer service was excellent.Not a lot of parking but we did manage to find a spot in front of the store.
