Is it real or scam ? Seen lots of reviews about people complaining..

Nice spot close to everything!

This is a complete scam. It’s been almost 3 years no sign of commencement of construction. Received an email last year that construction would commence this spring (2020). Spring has come but not even ground has broken yet. Don’t trust this builder. I guess they will cancel this project and I am gonna lose my down payment and get stuck with hot Toronto real estate.Please don’t rely on this builders. It is a complete scam. They are not going to finish this project. If so, my guess, they would finish by 2030.Beware of this builder. My advise don’t buy from this builder even if they listed home for free.I prefer 0 star for this builder, but google doesn’t have that option.

I had given my complete 15 percent down payement since March 2021. They make excuse of pandemic and as per the new update closing will be on 2023. They just cheated us since 2019 when I signed their project and gave my first deposit.

Not impressed with the communication and commencement of this project. We have been waiting since 2019. Looks like it’s a few more years into completion. Lack of permit approved, lack of communication and using COVID as an excuse.

No communication on how COVID-19 will affect construction. Delayed until December 2021 (before the pandemic) and probably further now. They are making a lot of interest on our money and should credit accordingly.

Terrible builder. Has held off on construction & Broker commissions. No intention to build or deliver as promised in 2020. Unresponsive. Do not trust them.

I can't believe the size of the equipment on site, I saw this on discovery channel this construction looks very complicated. Wow.

Great location. In the centre of Brampton. Nicely designed units.
