I am not someone who writes reviews but after my experience with Asma the owner (for laser hair removal for myself) I feel compelled to write a review. The service I received from Asma was exceptional. She is very experienced and was able to do the laser hair removal more thoroughly with substantially less pain than the other individuals. I will now only have my laser hair removal done by Asma going forward.....Wasim R.

The staff are great-are all cooperatives. They did a great job for me. I'm very happy to know them. I highly recommend.

Wow!! Came in for a Groupon hair cut, and was completely blown away. Catherine cut and styled me hair, gave me recommendations on what I could change to help with my split ends, and was super fun to talk to. She made me feel like a complete model when she was done with my hair. 10/10, completely recommend, and will be back again!

Beware !! Terrible terrible experience !! Highly unprofessional business owner with an extremely discourteous behavior. I am being too generous to be giving her 1 star. Actually they deserve (-). This place is awesome and well experienced. i have been going there for a while and staff are polite and been very welcoming., receptionist offered coffee or water upon arrival which i thought is nice and my hairstylist is very social and explained the process.but I would like to share an experience which i was annoyed by as she was a manager there , haven't seen her before , she was not nice at all to her staff , very rudeshe was doing her nails and all the sudden she started interfering between me and my stylist ,...I didn't like that at allshe should mind her business and be professional as a manager supposedlyoverall salon is recommended with their great service and customer service

Nana did a great job with coloring my hair. It looks very natural and I love the color. I'll be going back for sure.

Hi,I am not here to stop anyone from taking Faces hair and skin clinic services. I would just like to share my experience and want every customer to be a bit more aware. My only problem was I trusted Asma the so called owner of this clinic. I went for the skin consultation and I was suggested for their ongoing Christmas deal of 249$ which includes hydra facial, Carbon peel and Micro needling per session and was advice to take 3 sessions. I agreed and let her proceed with the hydra facial and carbon peel on the same day of my skin assessment as I was travelling from south which takes half hour to be in clinic. Session was done in half hr., I was little shock as it ended within 30 to 45 min but still trusted Asma. I was charged 450$ on the same day and was informed that she is taking full payment of $249 plus holding remaining amt for future session. I waited couple days but I did not see any freshness or change in my skin, simple home exfoliation would give better result to the skin than what I received from the clinic. I immediately realized and shared my feelings with Asma. I clearly stated that I am not happy with the service and do not want to continue future session. I have never asked for refund or any compensation for the on going session even though I was not happy I only requested to cancel my future session and refund me $150 which she was holding. She did agreed and I went to her clinic for the refund. She insisted that if she transfer from her machine it will affect her business therefore, she will interact and again I trusted her. I waited couple days, but did not hear back. Ended up calling to her clinic and I was threatened very badly. On call, I was been said she will transfer Monday and later texted she has no refund policy of the clinic and she can not refund 150$. I have all messages and conversation saved on my phone. I will dispute this ahead and will also file consumer complain. Please take the service but, do not let any one hold your hard earned money.

It was my first visit and I absolutely loved everything!! Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. Nana cut my hair and I couldn't be more happy. I would definitely recommend Nana. I will definitely be returning.

I came in with a set of photos to show Rania, my stylist, and she put so much effort into completely transforming my hair! She spent a lot of time on consultation to ensure I got exactly what I was seeking. I look like a whole new person and her and her colleagues were so pleasant to spend an afternoon with ! Highly recommend
