Amazing customer service and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need.

Avoid this branch for your small Business Banking needs!!!! So much incompetence from their small business advisor Amy. Called many times for a variety of issues to be resolved, things are never done right the first time around. Many times I have called in the past where i have left messages and call back numbers either on their Voicemail or with one of the clerks there, just to be ignored and dismissed. People running small businesses don't have time to waste with incompetence and this kind of negligence. I recommend going to other banks like RBC, BMO or TD for your business banking needs. Its an unfortunate thing since I have been with Meridian for over 12 years now.

I would not recommend this credit union to anyone looking to deal with a professional advisor who knows what they are talking about. We had no choice but to use Meridian for a construction mortgage, and in the last year we have been passed around to three different advisors. It has been difficult to get answers, and most recently have been given false information with regards to our appraisal. I understand that these credit unions deal with large accounts, and sums of money all the time, but does that mean customer service on an individual level can be so poor? We were recently told by our latest advisor that it would cost us $33,000 to break our mortgage early. As that seems like an exuberant amount I requested a break down, or simply the equation on how she came up with that, and in response I was told that they could not break it down for us, and until another mortgage company requested it we would not know for sure how much exactly it would cost. Hence even though we are very unhappy with Meridian, we are stuck with them. Handcuffed, because of the enormous fee it would cost us to get out. This does not seem right. However we will continue to do our research and as soon as we are able to break away from Meridian we will.

What happened to your evening banking hours? Please bring them back.

Customer service is non existent with the unprofessional employees at this location. On my last visit employees with authority were in jeans and a t-shirt.

Excellent service at this branch. I have had multiple business accounts for several years with Meridian and have never encountered an issue with Amy's professionalism or knowledge of the services this CU provides.

Their ATM is behind locked doors outside of bank hours also.They have Thier flaws... But still better then dealing with the big banks.

I bank with credit union and went to withdraw money from the atm. I realized I needed a 20 dollar bill broken down so I went inside and ask. The lady at the counter said she doesn’t break down 20s. I had to go to TD down the street and they happily did it for me.
