Alexanian Carpet & Flooring

We recently carpeted two floors of our home, and used the luxury vinyl plank for the main floor. We worked with Harold, who was very helpful in explaining what would and wouldn't work as far as carpeting the stairs, and transitions between flooring. Alexanian's and Harold in particular made this an easy experience that went smoothly and on time. We are extremely happy with the fantastic service we received, and the finished product is amazing!

We had this company install new stair carpets today and they were amazing. They were extremely polite and professional. The job was a lot quicker than I expected and they made sure to have me go over it before leaving in case I saw something I wanted them to fix ! One of the gentleman was kind enough to let me know some proper aftercare for the carpet if it were to get any pulls. I would most definitely recommend for any projects you need !

In the process of doing a full model renovation of my kitchen and top floor of my home. Just by chance my wife and I popped in to Alexanian on Bunting road St Catharines to look at some flooring options. We chatted to Harold who by the way is incredibly knowledgeable on all flooring options and explained all the differences between a floating floor, laminates and an engineered hardwood floor. Harold popped over to our home that same day to measure up and sent a quote over promptly. After some great discussions we choose an engineered hardwood floor as our best flooring option. (were not flipping our home)The floor has now been installed over 1400 sq feet.Three workers took just two days and the craftsmanship is absolutely impeccable. Im doing the majority of the reno work myself, so I had been hesitant on some one else working in my home.The attention to detail that these installers took is second to none. The lines are perfect, Im very glad the way this has all worked out. I asked the installers to leave all the cardboard boxes as I need to protect the floor for the next stage. If the cardboard had been removed you would not have known that these three workers had been at my home the clean up had been perfect. Driving by the Alexanians store and meeting Harold was meant to happen, my wife and I are thrilled with the new floor. And I would highly recommend popping by and asking the pros as kitchen renos are to say the least not cheap and you do not want to make a mistake and place the wrong flooring materials. I learned a lot on this subject. 10 out of 10.

We needed carpet for both stairs to our basement, and to complete a big renovation project we undertook. Harout (a.k.a. Harold) was very helpful, and knowledgeable and kind. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Said Abdalla from the St Catharines Alexanian Carpet store location. He was very professional and answered all of the questions. We ordered a Tuftex runner for the stairs and he walked us through the process and provided a quote promptly. The carpet arrived and was cut and bound quickly and he phoned us right away to schedule a time to install it. The install crew did an excellent job. Everything was conducted in a professional manner and they removed our existing runner and installed the new one in just over an hour. The whole process was quick and efficient and the quality is top notch. The carpet looks amazing - with no discernable seams - looks like one continuous piece and fits perfectly. We are very happy with the service provided and with our new carpet! We would definitely recommend working with Said and the St Catharines Alexanian team.

We went to Alexanian on Bunting Road St Catharines for wood flooring in the past and had a good experience. We needed carpet for our basement but weren’t ready for a large purchase yet. Just by chance we drove by Alexanian & decided to stop in anyway to see what we would have to budget for in the future. We were pleasantly surprised that with the help of Shane we were able to leave there with a great affordable carpet and a promise to have it installed in just over a week!! He was always ready to answer questions and was open and easy to talk to when adjustments needed to be made on the final bill. Rob kept his word with regard to pricing and install dates. Completing a family room update required a new carpet and we dropped by Alexanian Carpet & Flooring and met with Harout who provided us with excellent service. Installation was arranged in a short time frame and installers, Tarik and his partner did an excellent job. They were very courteous and cordial to work with.
