Terrible and rude customer service. They only communicate via snail mail so if there is anything wrong with your policy or payments you don’t find out until it’s too late.

Such a bad company. They canceled my insurance without any notification about what was happening. Even they send me a letter that “was lost” before to arrive to my hands. Why did they not contact me by phone or email?. They fix everything say: it’s what it’s.

Couldn’t find affordable insurance anywhere else because I hadn’t been driving in a while. Got a quote with TD, called and got “Zack” and he led me through the process flawlessly and made the whole thing so simple. I’m back on the road - so if you’re an older driver who hasn’t been driving in a while, run a quote online.

I had been with TD for the past two years. I was buying a new car so I thought I’d shop around and found a price lower with another company. I called to cancel and spoke to a gentleman named David. He was absolutely fantastic. We chatted about my policy and my situation, he was able to combine a few policies and saved me even more money! I don’t think I have ever received as great customer service at any business as I did with David, and I’m really glad I decided to stay for another term!

Paid car insurance for THE WHOLE YEAR, got a newer used car. And extra amount was under 100.00 due. Even though I paid 1 whole year the month before for my other used car. Got a letter saying if I didn't pay the extra amount in a few days, insurance would be cancelled. This was days after I transferred insurance to new used car but they said SINCE THE LETTER WENT OUT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO" well as a customer for over 28 years with T.D. I see their values toward customers has changed. Very angry and disappointed!"

Had a accident with my car they wrote it off they wouldn't finished my car loan off and now I am stuck with a car loan and no car

They say you can get a 5% discount if you complete your quote online but every time I've tried to do so I get an error that tells me to call; asked my girlfriend to try and she gets the same error. Finally I called and then you get to spend 10 minutes on the phone going through the automated system followed by 45 minutes of someone reading out all the information you just completed online.Completed it and realized that I didn't get my 5% discount because I was forced to call to complete it. Tried calling again -same 10 minutes of automated garbage- and was told I'd have to cancel the one I had just done and try it again.The worse part is now I have insurance with these people...
