My experience was very good , the team gives me a great support , customer service was good .

I visit mobilinq with my phone problem technician fixed my phone in 25 minuet they charge very low compare to other store and they have great selections in accessories i prefer this place if i need to fixed my phones and laptops. I refer others to go this place if you have any issue with phones and great customer service

These guys are incredibly polite,professional and knowledgeable.I will be recommending them to everyone i know.the other repair shops in the st bruno mall might as will close up .Mobilinq is far and away the best I,ve ever dealt with . what an excellent addition to the mall

I was searching for a case for a S7 and stumbled upon this small kiosk in the st-Bruno mall... and I had the most terrible customer service ever. When I got to the kiosk the lady who works there was chatting on her cell phone... I had to interrupt her just to ask for a price, and she told me the case was 15$ and turned around and continued on with her conversation. So I walked away and told her I would come back if I couldn't find anything else. This case was a transparent rubber one, something you can find on ebay for maybe .70 cents. I continued to shop around and came back to her kiosk to buy it because I needed one urgently.When I came back, she wasn't even there. She had left the kiosk... no signs to say when she'd be back. 45 minutes went by and I see her coming back... still talking on her phone! I tried to ask her more questions about the prices and she cut me off saying she already told them to me and went back to her conversation. I swear, if I was on fire she wouldn't have noticed because she never looked at my face once.I don't see how this business could possibly be making money with an employee who isn't even willing to stay at her post and would rather gossip in some unknown language rather than help her business and help her customers.This is the first time I write a review on a store or complain about service because this time it actually really upset me, seeing as I work in the customer service industry as well.I went to the Virgin kiosk next door and I asked the clerk if she was always like that, and he said he always has people asking if the girl is on break because she's never there. Not surprised. Sad.

Je dirai que 1 étoile c'est généreux! La vendeuse ( c'est un très grand mot) n'est jamais a son kiosque! J'ai voulu y aller 3x cette semaine et chaque fois personne au kiosque.Après avoir mangé j'y suis retourné et j'ai vu l'employé au téléphone et rentrer dans le magasin le garage juste en avant. Je l'ai suivie pour lui dire de venir à son kiosque mais elle étais beaucoup trop dans sa conversation et son magasinage. Je suis retourné l'attendre a son kiosque. D'autres clients sont venu pour acheter mais sont finalement parti lorsque je leur ai dit que je n'étais pas une employée et que j'attendais moi aussi la fille qui magasinait!Elle fini par revenir et lâcher son téléphone, super bête! Clairement je la dérangeait! Je lui ai laissé savoir que j'attendais depuis longtemps et qu'elle avais perdu plusieurs clients pendant son magasinage. Mademoiselle dit que c'est elle la gérante et qu'elle a droit à une pause et aller aux toilettes. Très arrogante.Bref je ne conseil pas du tout ce magasin! Ça va être moins long de commander sur eBay que d'attendre après Elle!
