Selling expired food as well. Be very careful with juice boxes. Please do look inside the box before drinking or sending to your kids lunch box

The only saving grace of this store is the nice lady with large hair. The rest of the employees are either sleeping or smelling like they haven't showered in months. More staff like the lady with big hair would be a big improvement

Customer service-0Stocking- always empty shelves.Cleaning-4/5Bakery products- goodInventory- hard to find whatever i want, most of the time, i left with empty hands, because they don’t have any,Friendliness-0,0,0,0Fresh veggies- sometimes yes sometimes no.I changed my grocery store zehrs from walmart.It was my top place, in budget but excellent quality. But no more at all.

Very helpful staff in the aisles and at the check out.Although the staff are helpful and are willing to go out of their way which I feel like I have the beneficiary of, after 9 pm self-checkout is your only option as the cashier aisles are at that point closed for the evening. Assistance is available, but I’m still the kind that likes the interaction with a human at the checkout.

Employee at pay with cash lane today spent ten minutes setting up some guys phone for quick pay or something, not sure couldn’t understand. Whatever it was, your working in the express lane, get people through, let him go to customer service or just figure it out like the rest of us. You guys also had badly leaking batteries in your auto department for over six months.

Kevin in customer service deserves the praise! Came in to exchange oil as I had 2 5L jugs and he helped me by recommending products and brands. Eye contact, warm smile, and willingness to help makes the difference. Take note and good care of him Walmart!

Be aware! Bought a pack of gum from the cashier shelves only to find out four pieces of gum IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PACK were missing. I remember that the cashier did check by only shifting the first 4 out of the package but who knew that the 4 in the middle were the ones tampered with. Disappointed ~~

They refused to adhere to the advertised photo, horrible customer service experience at this Walmart on 17th feb 2023. Customer service representative front end named Mona was very rude and y professional . This Walmart needs its employees well trainedAnd maybe teach them some etiquette

Terrible experience. Was looking online before purchasing storage totes and Walmart said in stock in cambridge pickup today. Got to the store to find the bins don't actually exist. They have near identical bins for twice the price available. Nasty bait and switch tactic. Terrible business practice. When confronted they kept blaming walmart online but I had clicked in store only when shopping. I asked them to substitute and of course that wasn't possible. Done supporting this nastycorporation.
