Interstate Batteries Distributor

Website says they can build a custom battery. Called here is how my conversation went.Me: Hi I have a lawnmower battery that is no longer taking a charge, are you able to rebuild it.Interstate Battery: NoMe: oh okay, can you build a custom battery for it.Interstate Battery: No.Me: No?Interstate Battery: No.Me: okay thanksInterstate Battery: ByeClick.So don't believe their website as this is what they say:Custom Battery AssemblySometimes standard batteries just won’t work in a device. Custom batteries are the solution for unique battery requirements and uncommon terminal configurations. Come into your neighborhood Interstate All Battery Center and let them build the battery to power whatever it is you need to make go!"This is not true

Got a battery from them the end of February pick it up at the auto part store but in my car . Car still did not start had to get to look at come to find out the battery they sent me was no good it cost me $69.00 to find out they give a dead battery. called them to see if they would pay me back the $69.00 to find out that they sold me a bad battery told me no. So they can sell you dead battery and you pay out of your own money to find out.

I work in the arctic in temps of -50 and -60 even though it's too cold to work outdoors we go to work in trucks and we use generators and they all got battery's... I have never seen a battery freeze I'm here in NL and I got a new interstateE battery one year old and it froze I'm screwed nothing can be done
